PS4/Switch game recs (RPG/Strategy)

I think the PSN store interface is just... awful... having a hard time finding what I am wanting

Looking for some good strategy/RPG games for PS4/Switch... ideally slow paced, something that's easy to pause & doesn't require much constant focus and concentration

Some that I already have that are in the neighborhood of what I'm talking about

- Skyrim
- Star Ocean
- Dragon Quest
- KH3
- FF 15
- Disgaea (I think 5? but in any case one is plenty.)
- Mario vs. Rabbids
- Darkest Dungeon

I'm pretty stocked up on JRPGs at this point, but I'm down with more western style ones. I already have the Divinity's on PC though

this is a discord of mostly PA people interested in fighting games: https://discord.gg/DZWa97d5rz

we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other

Steamworld: Heist is a sidescrolling turn-based tactics with a pretty neat live aiming mechanic.

Slay the Spire is sorta RPG-ish card based and just hitting Switch.

    For more Skyrim style games

Dragon's Dogma remaster is available for both great mix of action and RPG elements
Deus Ex (both of them) are great RPGs

    For more tactical I recommend

XCOM 2 for raw tactical goodness
Transistor is legitimately an incredibly have that can be played tactically it free form.

    Hope that helps.

    Torment: Tides of Numenera
Might be the kind of RPG you are after, if you like traditional Pen & Paper, D&D rules games where storytelling and good dice rolls are key. Torment is turnbased in its combat situations and real time in exploration. It plays like an interactive novel, where gameworld exploration is most rewarding through brilliantly written dialogue boxes, both player character and NPC.
Wasteland 2 follows this formula of old school RPG, but the focus is on combat instead of storytelling with dice.

And then there is Pillars of Eternity, 1&2. (Haven't got to those yet, but I'm sure they are great.)

And if that isn't enough, some of the best RPGs in existence are being rereleased on console, PS4/Switch this fall. Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, Planescape Torment.

I think valkyria chronicles is like a turn based fps tactics game. Fire emblem is coming out soonish for switch as well.

Horizon zero dawn is very rpg but might be more fast paced than youre looking for, but can be very stealth focused and methodical for the most part. And is often on sale these days.

Honestly Fallout shelter can be a fun little time waster. There isnt much to it but youre basically managing food water electricity and breeding.

You may get more experienced eyes on this in the Switch thread in Games and Technology, too. I've gotten some good game recs from the people there.
