I'm trying out an Ignite Proliferation build using Fireball, and I think it's got some potential. The new cluster jewels have some insane notables for scaling Ignite damage.

So uh, those delerium changes are kind of crazy. Much more loot pinata.

PoE on Xbox has been unplayable for me since Delirium. I'm thinking something to do with my ISP which is fine most of the time but glitches out frequently. Hopefully some load balancing issue that will get fixed soon.

Went from getting instagibbed to completely dominating deliriums. Huge change. Really, all I wanted was for the off-screen, instant-kill, invisible monsters to not spawn behind me.
Also, got some sweet boots.
Not crazy, needs life to be crazy, but definitely an upgrade.

My ED is hitting a big damage wall around t10, rares and uniques are taking much too much time to kill. I need a 6L and better rares because there is not a lot I can do on the passive tree.

Weird question. Doing the bane pop build, and since it only has Herald of Ash, I thought the Lone Messenger notable would be a good idea, but I can't use Malevolence or Skitterbots with it. Any idea on which would provide more total damage?
"I will write your name in the ruin of them. I will paint you across history in the color of their blood."
That feel when you get five exalted shards from blood aqueduct and double your health and triple your damage. Found an almost best-in-class wand for 1alch, too.
Power Siphon feels a ton better than Kinetic Bolt. Spellslinger still feels pretty meh in a six link with Innervate on my Siphon supporting it.

The delirium changes in 3.10e seem pretty sweet! I'm on a leveling character, but it definitely feels way more loot pinata-ey than it did before. It was overall just super unexciting to do a delirium encounter up until this patch, but I think I'm a fan now!

Trying to decide what jewel clusters to try and pick up. I've got a medium I'm mostly happy with, but I feel like Lone Messenger is probably less damage than running malevolence. And then I want to try grabbing a large cluster. I need to figure out the math on Profane Bloom + obliteration explosion chance.

I have no idea, I couldn't tell what anything was. All I know is I'd be avoiding the big Guldo looking guys who channel their instakills, flame dash behind me, and then there'd be a grey flash from an off screen area I've already cleared (which deals 4000 damage!).
Having a level 21 quality +23% corrupted Chance to Bleed support drop for me today is making me want to revisit the character concept I had last league that I didn't try out, for a Puncture + Ensnaring Arrow Ballista Gladiator.

Some decent bleed notable in the jewel clusters, iirc

oohhhh i'm dumb
I remember that league. That was back when monsters could still spawn with elemental reflect, right? I remember playing Firestorm or something and just getting obliterated because every other shrine mob was ele reflect.
Not just elemental reflect on magic packs and rares, but there was also a shrine that gave a thorns effect to mobs.

I know there'll be people bitching they have to complete the maps before selecting a favorite, but whatever. I figure there's a segment of the audience that's going to be impossible to please.

I feel like it took a while to get up to speed, and I'm sure ED/Contagion is probably more effective overall, but I'm really enjoying this league so far. Got a full large cluster med cluster small cluster going. Didn't spend the money on multiple sockets, but it'll give me room to grow when I can afford one. Plus with the "cursed enemies have a 10% chance to explode" notable, I'm running a shield, which is always a bonus.
"I will write your name in the ruin of them. I will paint you across history in the color of their blood."
I still can't find a build that feels good for Delirium.
Just too many mobs on screen for the ones I've tried.
Anyone have a lot of success with theirs?
My Spellslinger Power Siphon build is finally starting to feel decent. Just hit level 80 wearing ~20c worth of gear. I've got a little over 200k shaper DPS with flasks and shock. Really want to try out the Indigon that was mentioned earlier, but if that doesn't work then Crown of the Tyrant is nearly 50% more damage. If I trade out my Quicksilver for a Wise Oak, I can hit 500k with Tyrant. That's not counting Arc and Ball Lightning.
I'm leveling an Explosive Trap build that is just deleting all of the content it comes across. Haven't played him in maps yet, but I don't see any reason why the build would slow down.
I've been having a lot of fun with my Bladefall/Blade Blast Trickster. The build seems very strong, really only being held back by some lackluster gear and my lackluster play at the moment. My internet has been very spotty the past few days due to neighborhood spiking and I've died a lot due to lag, but it honestly feels like it could do all content.
Would not recommend the build unless you can stomach doing poor boss damage until you can get a Disintegrator, though. The difference between Disintegrator and no Disintegrator is absolutely massive. My Blade Blast currently does about 120k combined damage on an average hit, and if I Bladefall beforehand, I'm popping 35 blades on the floor. With all my area modifiers, roughly 15-20 are hitting targets near the epicenter of my Bladefalls, so I think that's about 2 million damage per cast. Hard to get a dps calculation on it, though, since the Bladefall is a necessary setup step.
Also my Vaal Blade Vortex does about 1.3 million dps and is an absolute crusher on Delirium.

Archmage storm brand Hierophant seems pretty ridiculous! My first couple of builds this league didn't really click, but this one seems kind of filthy. If you're curious here's a link to the PoB pastebin for it, with progressive skill trees and leveling notes in the notes section.
Short version is you stack all the mana and Archmage + the Hierophant "Divine Guidance" passive give you tons of DPS for free. It has no required uniques and gearing up for maps is super cheap.

New Zealand is now in government-mandated self-isolation for the next 4 weeks, the GGG staff are now working from home. The servers are not going to be affected, however development of upcoming Delirium patches, 3.11, and PoE 2 will be to varying degrees.
Our developers are still prioritising the same work as before (fixing residual Delirium issues, investigating performance concerns, etc). Please bear with us if it takes longer than it usually would due to these new circumstances. We plan to post another update about these improvements in the next couple of days.
We are also working on the 3.11.0 release, which will contain our next league. We expect to have this ready on our usual schedule (i.e. release in mid-June), but will certainly need to re-confirm that time window after actually doing this work-from-home thing in case it affects the schedule.
There's likely some impact to the Path of Exile 2 development timeline. We are absolutely prioritising the triaging of live game issues, then the development of new leagues, with development of the sequel as a third priority. A period of slower Path of Exile 2 development is a small price to pay in these difficult circumstances. We still have our jobs, and if the lockdown succeeds, our health.
The free mystery box gave me a portal! I usually get crap out of them.

Storm Brand Hierophant has been pretty silly so far. I had basically made 40 armor or evasion by Act 5, relying entirely on health, a little bit of ES, and MoM, entirely on the strength of the passive tree.
"I will write your name in the ruin of them. I will paint you across history in the color of their blood."
Explosion trapper is going pretty well, about to hit yellow maps with him. It's kind of stupid how much damage having The Signal Fire equipped gives me. I was using a normal shield and was having damage problems on tier 4-5 maps, then I switched to Signal Fire + a random bow with +1 skill gems and my damage output easily doubled.
I can see this build getting very expensive if I want to push all the way to the end. I need a Kaom's Heart for defense, Slavedriver's Hand, and at least one well-rolled Circle of Anguish. Yikes.

It's the shit! I'm at level 82 and have about 30c worth of gear (15c of it being a 5L carcass jack) and it's working great in maps. I have 4500 health, 1000 ES, and 5K mana and it's pretty awesome. Arcane Cloak gives me a 3k damage shield, and pumping the mana obviously gives me more than enough for MoM with all of the extra going to more more damage for storm brand.
One thing I would do differently than the PoB I linked, is to start working on getting tons of mana around level 50 or so (IE start using the final version of the tree instead of the "phase 3" one). I think Divine Guidance makes the best 2nd ascendancy (after Sign of Purpose), because it gives you lots of damage as well as lots of mana. The mana will make your QoL with archmage go way up, and your damage go way up too. The extra 10% MoM and mana just adds to it.

Incinerate build is up and killin it
Got a unique cluster jewel that does arcane surge after 1 sec of channeling and +1 to max ele resists, which gives me about 70% more damage than the normal jewels would.
Got my karui flask, evade flask (55/50 dodge rn when popped), and 5k hp at 71. Should be able to get close to 8k HP. ~30% reduced phys damage just cause, IC, etc. Cinderswallow and a 6L martyr of innocence are the last bits to the puzzle.
The deeps are no problem. Incinerate is boss.

ED/Contagion doesn't hold up, the increased life on rares slow you down too much.
I'm still just starting maps, but doing Bane w/ Herald of Ash and an Obliteration wand has been doing enough so far.
Although I just saw Mathil posted a HPT video, and now I want to try doing that...
