So I'm in Seattle for PAX. I left karaoke and a while later I stumbled into the 5 Point Cafe. After downing a beer in 10 minutes because the bartender thought I couldn't, I ate a chicken fried steak as big as my face, left, and got in a Lyft.
So here's the part that's related to the Podcast thread: 5 seconds after I get in the car I figure out the driver isn't listening to NPR but to a podcast. And furthermore, this podcast seems to be My Brother, My Brother, and Me, which I have never actually listened except in the animated clips people post here. Not wanting to be wrong, I ask the driver "which podcast is this?" She says "My Brother, My Brother, and Me". I say that was my guess. She asks if I've listened to The Adventure Zone, and well I haven't, but I definitely know of the McElroys because, well, I'm on the Internet. She says the same and so as we wind back to my hotel I settle in and listen.
So then they start reading ad copy from [an adult novelties website]. I am trying to not laugh out loud, then notice that my driver is laughing and I realize it's cool. So, yeah, suffice it to say that was a 5 star ride, and I guess maybe I should actively seek out MBMBAM content now.
you can buy a spaceship that does a thing that isn't even in the game
Star Citizen is everything video games should be and more
This isn't new, you can buy ships that fill niche support roles using mechanics that dont exist for fleets of sizes that aren't supported who are meant to fight other player fleets for reasons that aren't elaborated on

This was a really good day for Blank Check
Between Griffin proposing William Jackson Harper as his new Reed Richards casting (which is now officially my personal Reed casting) and JD and David explaining why the Catbus is a bus, both episodes put me in a fantastic mood for the day

I stopped watching Game Grumps because of Egoraptor's lazy humor but even he's miles better than this.
Don't skip lung day, bro.

I sneezed and felt it tear. I've been having to ice it on and off all day and take ibuprofen.
"Get in the barrel, Shinji."
This panel was amazing.

I have it on authority that he does
Also his bullying of David revealed in this episode is amazing
Dislington?!
In the meantime, buy a minelayer.
*minelaying is not a feature in the game
Shhhh! You're saying the quiet part out loud!

that describes like 90% of the stuff they've sold too

They are evidently selling a minelayer ship for Star Citizen despite minelaying not being a thing you can actually do in the game
also to be fair the ship isn't in the game either
that's a whole layer I didn't even know
SO WAIT

And now I'm just picturing the cast of the Good Place as the Fantastic Four and I would watch the shit out of that movie.
Well, so long as Jason was the human torch and Tahani was the Thing. This is crucial.
I have a thing for Manny Jacinto, as all right thinking people do
I guess it makes sense that if you didn't look into it too deeply, you'd have to assume it wasn't all the way absurd.
