Strange Skype popup on Login

Girlfriend's computer is acting funky, and her mom may slay her for "downloading viruses" onto the home PC.

She was told to download something called "TalkAndWrite", a plug-in for Skype, and it seems to have taken over the PC and all its accounts for some reason. Whenever anyone logs into the PC, a dialog box pops up with this message:
TalkAndWrite

Erro:
O Skype nao esta instaldo (ou nao encontrado). Download Skype em http://www.skype.com and then an OK button

How can she get rid of this? She's gone through and deleted all the Skype-related stuff as well as TalkAndWrite, but its still coming up on ALL the PC's accounts.

You could check the programs that get started at booting up by going to run->cmd->msconfig. If it comes up at every account it might be something autostarting...take a look through the entries.

SysInternals to the rescue again -- try AutoRuns.
