Nichijou is funny af but Full Metal Panic Fumoffu once made me laugh so hard I almost peed myself
The thing about Fumoffu is that it comes out of fucking nowhere, the rest of FMP is serious and grim stuff. I'm so glad the mascot character was used in Amagi Brilliant Park.

You know. That is supposed to get an anime adaptation. But it has been like a year since the trailer for it was shown and it still does not have a release date. The CG in the trailer wasn't all that impressive but it still sounds like it could be amusing. Plus it has Aoi Yuuki voicing the main character and she is pretty much my favourite VA.
To date it’s the only series I’ve read only as a light novel. Actually Weathering with You is the first Light Novel I’m reading in Japanese. I bought the “young readers” version because it has readings for all the kanji superinserted above them.
Edit: the moral of the story is I don’t read a lot of light novels.

It still amazes me how poorly Trigun did in Japan, it was one of the first big manga/anime hits for the West during the Toonami era.

I can assure you that none of the demons in that show are actual spiders. Spiders are way scarier.
