It's an original anime thing, short, only 3 or 4 minutes. It starts out with a girl trying to confess to a guy. He turns her down, she runs away crying, and everything kind of goes to shit for her from there: she starts running down this super steep hill and shenanigans happen. That's because Google's auto-captions are trying to hear English words out of Japanese words.
Here's a fansub for you if you want, although it's a simple enough story you don't really need the translation: Girl wants to go out with guy, guy turns her down, she runs away and shenanigans occur, then she tries again only to get turned down again.
