Many celebrities offer courses like this. Enough to sustain a business even. I'm pretty sure Justin McElroy took it and thought the content was really good. He has also written books about his career that explain the career choices he has made and has offered career advice to folks in his circle that seems sound.
He could very well still suck (Shopgirl seems like it has some things to say about women), but this feels like an earned talent that he enjoys persuing.

He wasn’t even on a stage! He was on a podcast alone with some other shitbird and he did a racist accent and casually dropped a slur! These aren’t jokes!!!
I love Desus and Mero and I really appreciate them pronouncing Mario the same way I do, which gets made fun of by any person who didn't grow up in the Mid-Atlantic area

I'm really enjoying it, but holy hell is it demoralizing.
I was expecting the show to continue the illusion that Homelander is actually one of the good guys for more than 3/4 of an episode, but they were telegraphic pretty hard that he was the baddest of the bunch.

The episode of Hercules: the Legendary Journeys I watched last night featured Lucy Liu using kung fu against rapists, Nathaniel Lees being so good at acrobats that he speed-runs on tree branches, and a bad guy uses a buster-sword.
What a wild show...
