It is very much a broadcast show, and all that entails
But we've been able to do some cool things around the edges of the show, and there are some native-centric stories coming down the pike that I'm legitimately proud of

I'm realizing as I see these end of decade lists that I mostly just find a handful of shows or movies and then just rewatch them a bunch, and then occasionally I toss one more show in the rotation
I'm going through various end of decade TV lists to get an idea of what shows even aired this decade, and I keep getting surprised, because this decade was long as hell
I guess there's got to be some cutoff and it's all arbitrary anyways but I feel like if a show had most of its run in this decade and, probably, most of its best work in this decade, I'd put it in the list
whiiiiiiich I was mostly bringing up to justify putting certain shows on my list but the two examples I was going to use both started in 2010? time is stupid
look i just needed that cutoff for my own sanity because there was a lot of bleed over
yeah, I'm not begrudging you the cutoff. I think in my case a lot of the stuff I liked that would bleed over and cause a problem for me, I've...soured on, a bit? Parks & Rec and Community are both shows I really liked that straddle that 09/10 cutoff, and I've...got my issues with both
@Rorshach Kringle
now, i know it's rich people, but they're divested of their money immediately: Schitt's Creek is good. it's meaningfully wholesome, cringe leans awkward rather than painful, and it pretty much earns its moments of schmaltz with character growth.
The more I think about it, the more I'm okay with Terriers only being one season. Because it's a perfect little season, and it had a perfect little open ending, and it feels like those characters kept going off screen and I'm wistful and fine about not knowing where they went from that moment onwards.
Kelsey Grammer has teased that the reboot of 90's sitcom hit Frasier is "ready to go," and could air as early as next summer.
Revealing that he was "in the midst" of talks with potential networks, he said: "We’ve got it hatched, We’ve hatched the plan, what we think is the right way to go
"We’re sort of on standby a little bit, working on a couple of possible network deals that we’re circling, and Frasier is sort of in a second position to that. But a revisit to Frasier, Frasier’s world, is I think definitely gonna come."
"We’ll see how people respond to it, because it’s not gonna be the same place, not gonna be Seattle, it’s not gonna be the same Frasier, it’s gonna be the man in his next iteration. Hopefully that'll be something people like watching," he said. "It’s still his search for love, for one thing, I think that will always go on for Frasier, but [also] a connection with his son."
Asked when he thinks it will start, Grammer teased: "Spring. Probably late summer next year. It’s ready to go."
I am just remembering that Person Of Interest was real dang good
It took me longer than it should have to start watching.
See, they filmed a bit of it near my apartment. I was new to the neighborhood, and this was one of the first times I saw a film crew around. They took up a lot of neighborhood parking spaces for their trailers and other nonsense, and it pissed me off. There was almost no parking available when I came home at night, and it's very expensive to park in garages in my neighborhood (more expensive than places downtown, even.)
The "You can't park here because of Person Of Interest" signs were my first exposure to the show, so I vowed to not watch the show.
I eventually gave in, and watched the show, of course, because it was great.
I've eventually gotten over filming crews in the neighborhood, mainly because I no longer have to drive to work. And it just happens way too often to be that mad.

Boycott Scoob
I find it pretty charming that the movie is just called Scoob
Like that Spider-Man comic that's titled Spidey
Yeah it's weird because Will Forte isn't exactly gonna draw in people any more than Matt Lillard .

Wherever he heard the blues a callin'...Tacoma? Or San Jose?
Minneapolis, like everyone else nowadays
He went to Chicago at the end of Frajer.
I assume if they go with him being married to the girl he went there for there's a lot they could explore
