So with expert quests we should get 20 more UoC's and there looks to be a bundle for 10 more UoC's (and another omni prism one). I'm guessing it'll be 10K, but even without it, I'll be over 60 UoC's. Begs the question on if I should start using these for STMR's?
I've been debating around Ed's STMR. It's got 4 elements at 60% and 50% Atk/Def. I could also look at using UoC's to get prism's for Emp Shera's, Karlette's, Basch's, or Aerith's STMR. Or use 18 UoC tickets to get FID and/or sFolkaCitra's STMR's which have 3 elements 60% and other 50% stats. Yuraisha and Elena would be in the 1 prism + STMR tickets pool. And Kaito would would 16 tickets for 2 prisms.
If we get 20 more UoC, then I'll be over 80. I will definitely be using them to buy prisms to STMR some units. I just need to figure out who.
I am for sure going to grab a prism to STMR Malphasie at the very least. Maybe Cloud as well, depending on how good Esther's enhancements are. It's great that IW is going to last until the end of the month or so.
Part of me is tempted to blow 26 UoC on Wilhelm's STMR (one unit, two prisms). It's a great body slot item for any tank and I'm not sure if there's anything better/comparable coming in the future.

I'd like to 7* either Black Olive or Zidane, but I still would need their STMRs for them to be decent, so it seems pointless to do it now, even with extra select tickets.
I could grab one Wilhelm like you mention to get his STMR, that's tempting. Same with Basch's STMR.
My 5+1 had 2 rainbows in it this morning, which gave me STMRs for Ignacio and LM Fina. I've gotten 3 Ignacio in the last month, which felt like a weird streak.
The related CG units are bonus for this upcoming MK event. AK Rain/LM Fina/WL Dark Fina/Sol/Akstar. Don't fuse your LMFina. Her STMR is terrible anyway.

UoC'd Malphasie's prism and got Ravenheart finally. Such a great all-purpose TDW accessory and all-purpose hybrid accessory. It would be worth it for the 50% MAG TDW alone in my mind.
Oh hey they removed the Lapis from the Story Event bonus stages. Looks like I can just skip those from now on unless there's a specific enhancement I need to get done. That frees up NRG at least?
Setup Xuan for the Doll trial. 5* unit was Luneth #2. 2 5+1's got me 1 rainbow, Livid Shan #6. I guess I'm going to try this with AK Rain at 6*. Sadly he's SR and Akstar is AMoE, so going to be interesting.

I've not seen one. Generally I rank STMR's as follows:
Tier 1: Used on multiple roles. So elemental resists, stat boosts not tied to a requirement, high dodge, etc.
Tier 2: Weapons that don't have an equivalent lower damage version and are of common type (dagger, swords, gs, katana, fists, mostly).
Tier 3: Good STMR's but situational.
Tier 4: Won't even use.
Generally I'd only use STMR tickets or UoC's on Tier 1. If I was newer and pulled a meta unit and didn't have good weapons for them, maybe Tier 2 would come into play. Examples of Tier 1, Mal's STMR can be used on both Mages, Physical, and Hybrid units and be BiS. MM Xon, Kaito's, or A. Locke's STMR as they can be used to allow units with little to know evasion to be 100% evade/provoke units. Both summer FID and Folka/Citra for massive elemental resists tied with non-requirement massive stat boosts.
Not a bad day. Bought the omniprism bundle and ended up with 4 rainbows from those tickets plus the expert quest 5* ticket. The big prize was Karlette's STMR.
So just realized that if they ever bring back selling UoCs for lapis, that 10k bundle is actually free 5000 lapis... since UoCs are supposed to be trade-able for 1500 each going forward.
Assuming we ever see that trade-in again.
Tempted by the omniprism bundle. It would give me two in the bank and I'd be at 40k lapis afterwards. I have a feeling we are gonna get the next World Revisit set soon since the current one ends in a week or so, so recouping that lapis would be easy enough. Since I usually reserve my pulling for limited GLEX units anyway, that bundle could save me a lot of Lapis later.
They're also giving us less lapis from events and login rewards. I think they're trying to drain our resources so we have to spend money to pull in the future. I'm avoiding both bundles even though they are very good deals.
Wouldn't surprise me. We have a much more generous system than JP. Nothing is summon fest and we can get prisms for 8 UoC's. I could see them decreasing the amount of lapis we're getting.
I went with the omniprism bundle and the 5* tickets netted me Assassin Shadow#1 and Kunshira#4. That's a damn good result for those. The premium 10+1s were nothing as expected, but I'm glad to have two omniprisms in the bank.
Now I'm gonna just save my Lapis until the next banner I want to pull on. I'll probably be back up to 50k by then, unless we're hit with a big surprise amazing banner next week.
Also, OBAMA'd Calabrina Reborn. Team and general strategy:
Lucas - Remains best magic tank. Used magic cover and provided mitigations. Used LB when possible.
Rivera - Healing, mirage, gave Kryla physical cover.
Qin - Mitigation, MP restore. Didn't buff much since all of his buffs are also magic attacks and I didn't want to trigger a ton of retaliations. Would bring a different buffer if I did this again.
Levinson×2 - Still does really good damage even if he's no longer in the top 10.

I bit the bullet and invested in Zidane. Last piece will be his STMR when I can amass enough tickets. Don't think that will be before Item world is done, which is a shame.
I won't know whether or not I'll regret getting these last two omniprisms bundles until the next limited banner I pull on I guess. I'll either be super glad to have the prisms or I won't need them. Or maybe they'll enable easy STMR grabbing for a limited unit down the line. I could use one to get Levinson's STMR but he's been good so far without and I'll probably be pulling for a damage dealer soon enough.

Woo, Anima 3* defeated on attempt #2. Thanks @Trajan45 for the kickass Edward Elric you had up, it probably carried me more than anything, but having Zidane rather than A2 was a clear, clear damage magnitude difference. Winning party was:
Basch - Death Immune, 18.4k hp, 1239 SPR / Covered and...pretty much just that. Died every other round in the first attempt when I forget death immunity. Oddly enough this wasn't that big of a deal and I almost won.
Rikku X-2 - Kept up breaks, mirage, party re-raise, and helped the DPS out with MP
Epsilon Nichol - Did everything. Helped out dispels when Fina was busy (Sharp Kick+ is more useful than I thought it would be).
CG Fina - Dispelled, kept Reraise up, maintained Stop resistance though I don't think this mattered in the winning run.
CG Zidane & Edward Elric for dps. 2 turns setting up, then chunked it for more than 30% damage each turn.
People (that weren't Basch) would randomly die in both attempts, which I'm guessing is Pain choosing a random target and rolling Death. This was annoying but not that big of a deal.
It's going to take some getting used to understand the setup rotations for these newfangled dps that having 3+ abilities that boost damage abilities.
I'm thinking about getting Malphasie's STMR in order to get 200% TDW Mag on CG Dark Fina. Quistis, a free unit, will have 50% TDW Mag on her STMR, though. It's a whip with stats on par with Stardust Rod. And it'll be free.
If she shows up next week, I'd feel terrible. So, what are the odds of a FFVIII banner showing any time soon?
Hard to say. Given the Covid situation, it we could be getting a lot of JP content over the next couple months. Really depends on how well GUMI can operate from home. If they pulled up the Esper units to give them time to get situated, we may still have some GLEX stuff coming. But if they can't work on GLEX content remote, we may be in for a lot of JP content.
Without Covid shenanigans, the timeline shows FFVIII something like 9 months away. I think I'd be okay getting Malphasie's STMR. It's just, I don't really need it right now. I'm not doing trials. Don't feel like it. I'm just looking for an excuse to use resources. They've been piling up. But there's nothing I need.
Like, I have 3200% TMR saved up. And I already have all the TMRs I want. Every time I pull a unit with an okay TMR, chances are I can get it for free from raid moogles I saved up.
