So I randomly downloaded this after quitting when they split off into wild and standard. Battle ground mode is pretty fun. None of my decks can win a match which is expected but I can't even get out of angry chicken league.
Played around a bit on the uldum adventure and its pretty fun. I beat the plauge lord with reno but didn't seem to get any rewards? Do they not give cards anymore? Are any of the other ones with interactive decks like that?
the thing about priest value is that priest value used to be about boys who could take hits, and now it's about boys who emphatically CANNOT take hits, but they can get you an extra card, sometimes, and it's not very common that the latter is what you're looking for in a deck right now, barring extreme examples like the infinite mechs of warrior

there's also a very very wide gulf between "good priest minions" and "bad priest minions"
for example, you could get a Waterbearer or a Cabal Shadow Priest or a Convincing Infiltrator
but you could also get a Test Subject or a Lightwell or a Quartz Elemental

Well apparently I failed my check to read and interpret.
- Kronx real good. Tutor for Galakrond is pretty insane but you even get an effect if you've already played him? And the effect seems REAL good? Fuck.
- Veranus is... interesting? I'm not entirely sure what you do with that effect, though. I guess it's a very expensive board clear if you combo with UTH or something.... I, eh, hm. Maybe there's a Hunter Arcane Explosion-esque card this time around? I dunno, man. It's weird.
- Hot Air Balloon seems pretty decent! Another good 1 drop, playing it out on T1 means it's a 1/3 on your next go around. Weaker later on as a trade-off. A solid 1 drop, honestly, bonus of being a Mech.
- Dirigible.... Seems too slow? I dunno... I think it's pretty bad, yeah.

I mean Veranus has a solid stat line and would be good to just play, but it seams like it's a good card to play against combo priests and taunt warriors. Especially if you have 1/1 rushes in your hand.
Kronx seams like it could be savage in the right deck. Especially in like a rogue deck, where you can play that fucker 2 or 3 times.
I have no idea if Camouflaged Dirigible is going to see play but I can definitely say that Stealth is a very concerning mechanic for them to be messing with like that.

Abyssal Summoner is great Handlock synergy. It's just a big fatty-ass Taunt that comes with a sidekick. Good in my book.
Valdris is spicy, hoo boy. Is it necessarily good though? Hmmm. Increasing max handsize is cute, I'm not sure if that will necessarily... matter. Draw 4 is PRETTY GOOD. 7 mana 4/4 though? The only time that gets a pass is if you're Lord Godfrey. I'm assuming there might be more handsize synergy cards though. Hafta wait and see on this one.
Flik seems great. He's pretty comparable to Vilespine in a non-Coin post-Prep-nerf environment even if he only hits one thing and has decent potential to hit multiple things.
I presume that if you hit stuff like your opponents Zilliax it'll also blow up yours which is somewhat unfortunate though.
Flik Skyshiv seems overpowered, destroying all copies of a minion in all players' collections is absurd power creep.

Does the side quest stay for more than 1 turn. Let’s say I play it turn 2 hunter/mage uses ability to do damage turn 2. Turn 3 drop taunt. If I don’t take damage would I get it completed in turn 4?
They definitely seem to be pushing control/handlock pretty hard this expansion. I'm not sure how compatible Galakrond and the Invoke cards would be with that game plan, though. Control might not want to go that route.
A new egg!! This card seems, quite frankly, real fucking good. The Dragon pool right now is pretty damn small, but that's obviously growing with DoD. Definitely quite possible to highroll into an 8/8 or something.

Reportedly the way it works is:
Play it out on your turn. One of your opponent's turns must pass without you receiving face damage. Completes on start of your next turn.
So you could coin it out on T1 if your opponent missed a 1 drop and it'd complete on T2, for example.
