Flik Skyshiv seems overpowered, destroying all copies of a minion in all players' collections is absurd power creep.
The solution is to run a deck with 30 spells.
All copies of all minions in everyone's collections will be destroyed five minutes after the expansion launches as everyone with Flik Skyshiv will play it on every minion in the game.
The reign of terror will end when a true hero plays Flik Skyshiv onto another Flik Skyshiv, thus removing that card from the game.
- Kronx real good. Tutor for Galakrond is pretty insane but you even get an effect if you've already played him? And the effect seems REAL good? Fuck.
- Veranus is... interesting? I'm not entirely sure what you do with that effect, though. I guess it's a very expensive board clear if you combo with UTH or something.... I, eh, hm. Maybe there's a Hunter Arcane Explosion-esque card this time around? I dunno, man. It's weird.
- Hot Air Balloon seems pretty decent! Another good 1 drop, playing it out on T1 means it's a 1/3 on your next go around. Weaker later on as a trade-off. A solid 1 drop, honestly, bonus of being a Mech.
- Dirigible.... Seems too slow? I dunno... I think it's pretty bad, yeah.

A new egg!! This card seems, quite frankly, real fucking good. The Dragon pool right now is pretty damn small, but that's obviously growing with DoD. Definitely quite possible to highroll into an 8/8 or something.

ANYWAY. Weird that they're tying what looks like a control card to Galakrond. Then again, Aggro Warrior easily runs the Reborn mummy card. So, board flooding three 3/2s with Rush? Which can also be tutored with Town Crier? Hmm, sure.

I think INANTP means that the Kibler dragon requires Invokes to be megadank, and we haven't seen good invokes for an aggro warrior shell.

Hit 5 using Aggro Shaman finally. I've been playing BG's so I'm a little late to it but the Win Streaks from Aggro pushed me over while completing quests.

Sure, I just don't really see why they'd play it when they have Boom, is the thing. I could totally see Galakrond Warrior having both Aggro and Control shells, I guess it just depends on what the Invokes look like.

There's a very very big difference between playing a deck whose win condition is "don't draw these cards" (Big Priest etc) and one whose win condition is "draw these specific cards off a one-time effect".
Like sure, I mean, the idea is that you'd be running these cards anyway and it's not impossible that you wouldn't get at least one, but. I have seen some people saying how Galakrond translates to a wincon by drawing a very specific set of cards and... most of the time that won't happen.
I think Warrior Galakrond is a super good effect, just don't rely on it to draw the chargers you need.

Spent all of a Battlegrounds match rolling to try and find a 3rd Iron Sensei (spent 25 gold on rerolls looking for one, easily), only for the final person I fought, who I hadn't yet fought that much, to turn out to have had it all along. Crushed 'em and took 1st, even after their Shredder rolled a Zapp that sniped my Junkbot before it could start scaling.

Incidentally if there's one thing I'm learning in Battlegrounds it's find some kind of synergy that can scale, anything really, and hammer away at that while looking for triples. Looking for specific builds or "I just need one great card to start a snowball" is how you noodle around and die with no units.
You can switch builds if something amazing drops in your lap, but committing to any kind of synergy early is the most important. Firebat killed someone with golden Lightfang Enforcer and Cave Hydra with double golden Pogo Hopper.

Picked up an early Golden Lightfang from triples, then another 2 Lightfangs from the store, then a second Golden Lightfang after I knocked out the other person who had bought Lightfang.
I had a Voidlord with 60 something attack by the end of the game

I knew making that joke would have someone jumping on me I was buying other stuff in all those rounds and improving my board, I just also really wanted a 3rd sensei and was annoyed that I never got one. When I say noodling, I mean spending entire rounds doing nothing but rolling to look for a build-around.
That all said, towards end-game some builds (especially Mechs) do hit a point where your board is strong enough that your only upgrades are to hunt triples or specific broken cards, because just picking up strong cards no longer increases your overall power. It's really growing on me as a mode!
The really super important thing about Battlegrounds is to find a wincon. And that can be a multitude of different things, honestly.
It doesn't have to be some of the uber broken shit like Lightfangs or Mama Bear or Junkbot even (although it certainly can be!). I had a rather successful Mech run that had Baron Rivendare as my wincon. Just a shitton of Deathrattle Mechs to keep pooping out stats. Something like that can absolutely work. Rather than try to fish for Junkbots or Cobalts, I found something else that still worked. And it got me 2nd place!
There's lots of different strategies you can employ like that.
I would never bother trying to do BGs on my phone or tablet. It can be hard enough to play out tough turns or short turn timers on PC as it is.

Gotta say, one thing I really dislike about Battlegrounds is that you fight people randomly. Just had a match where I was struggling to find a good build and I just got batted back and forth between the #1 and #2 people for literally the entire game, slowly dying by inches with narrow losses while never fighting the other 5 people, 4 of whom I could definitely have beaten based on their records. Very frustrating!

edit: i was murlocs with double Triple warleaders, one giant amalgam with poison, one giant curator-amalgam with poison. got very lucky in getting early warleaders; those matter more than coldlights, honestly. i went up against someone early who had amalgams and other murlocs and 1-2 coldlight buffs, but no warleaders. i was in that exact situation the previous game and it ended poorly. i think it's fascinating having the shared card pool, leading to a battle of resources, especially when 2 people go the same tribe.
