In bad news for bad people Funimation filed to get their attorney fees and sanctions against Vic.

    https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2019-11-05/funimation-files-motion-to-recover-attorney-fees-for-vic-mignogna-lawsuit/.152977

The comments have the others bringing his total to 1.4 million plus what his own shitty legal team is screwing him out of. His GoFundMe is at 250k.

me watching the domestic girlfriend op: hell yes this owns

me watching the rest of the episode: holy shit everyone is making very bad decisions and won’t stop!

The gigguk video made me passively check that out. You have only begun to scratch the surface of the bad decisions to come.

this manga is actively killing me

Oh, if you're going the manga route, you're going to hit one point which is blatantly obvious where the series should have ended. But he chose not to because the anime was starting and the chapter dropped around the point where the first episode did. It's hilarious.

i’m all caught up but my brain is putty from binging it, which part is it?

i’ve really liked it so far though! i’m a sucker for melodrama
Where the younger sister breaks up with him out of the blue
    hmm i see i see

how should it have ended if the anime wasn’t dropping? she comes home from nyc?

Maybe "ending" isn't the right thing there, but rather, "resetting the status quo" because new anime viewers and needing to drag things out? I dunno, it seemed like the whole thing had been....solved, pretty much? And then he decided to do that.

One Piece openings always seem to be going for something different than I normally like in OPs, honestly.

Last one I liked the song I can remember is....We Go?

Wild Arms' opening was so good. Best opening to feature some person whistling of the decade.

Toei( and the infustry in general) rarley make an OP for the show. They have a lot of pre written songs and choose one that seems genre appropriate. One peice rarely has a few specifically for It though

Here's someone who upscaled it to 720p from the original, and it worked surprisingly well (plus it is The Best Opening, of course):

I mean, Bakugo is strong, smart, and confident.

And he can kick your ass.

That says popular kid to me.

EDIT: Like, Bakugo is stronger than Deku was after doing all that exercise training. He fires his gauntlets multiple times and shrugs it off. Deku fires it once and nearly dislocates his shoulder

The reason he acts like he did is that everyone treated him like a god. Every single teacher and authority figure failed to teach him humility until he got to UA.
Even the fucking Heroes at the slime incident praised him and he didnt do anything

Oh right, I forgot that his mom basically said to All-Might "sorry my kid is such an asshole, nobody taught him humility and everyone kept rushing to heap praise on him"

But yes I quit after the mentioned

But I did not know where a certain .gif I found years ago came from until I stumbled on Future Diary. and yeah some of the characters have very short sighted ideals in that anime

Hellsing 2001 is probably the best anime soundtrack of all time. Sounds that absolutely stink of cigar smoke and expensive brandy. It's a shame about uhhhhhhhh most of the rest of it

If I had to book a knife fight for the all-time best OST, it's these two

Hellsing has a better OP, but Bebop has a better ED, and the rest are fairly toe-to-toe for my money

Attack on Titan is probably in the conversation, entirely off the back of the OPs and the song that plays when

Sawano does make some damn good shit.

That, Barricades, Eren's rage theme, counterattack for humanity...there are a lot of bangers in Attack on Titan.

I don't think AoT has the cohesiveness of Bebop or Hellsing 01's, though, ultimately

They feel like albums by a band, where most of Sawano's stuff feels more like the scores they are
