Hello,
If you click on one of them and then click the other before the first drop down menu loads then the drop down menu will not load until you refresh the page.
I discovered that one when I did something and had the Inbox dropdown coming out the Bookmarks. I have not been able to replicate this. However, the dropdown menu not loading seemed like a worthy issue on its own, and it's probably related somehow.
