Samurai Jack was and still is one of the finest cartoons ever made. It was dramatic, action packed, and moving at times. It also won Emmeys, that how good it was.
The one where the robot-viking army gets demolished by 3 archers in a tower and Jack has to get to their well to make a wish but the thing was like a demon andohmygodIneedthisonDVD

Thats probably my favorite episode for scenery. Amazing stuff.
I own the first two seasons, I'll ask for the 3rd for my birthday. Amusingly enough, my mom is a huge fan of the show.

Did we already talk about the one where Jack fights all those robot crabs or whatever? Cause that episode rocked. I loved how he was covered in oil by the end of it.

I think my favorite would have to be the one where he fights the ninja robot inside the building that has both beams of light and shadow and its all black and white and badass.
In one attempt Jack locates a stable portal to the past, but the guardian of a portal defeats him. After Jack leaves, the guardian states that it is not yet time for him to return to the past, and an image of what seems to be an older Jack is then seen in the portal; this seems to indicate that Jack is predestined to succeed, but it will take many years for him to reach his goal.
Apparently not, poor guy.
