Can't say I care either. I also don't get too annoyed by people who say "PIN number". Sure, they're wrong, but it's no skin off my nose.
D.T., however, is kicking all kinds of ass in terms of being correct. I agree with pretty much every word in each of his posts in this thread. Use those Hot Topics, clear up the clutter!

Thanks a lot, homophobic backwards selfish idiotic warmongering busybody bible-thumping asshole hicks of America.
Actually, I like the titling convention. Makes it damn clear what a thread is about, as opposed to all the "clever but obscure" titles that serve as more of a wankfest for those "in the know". Obviously, there are plenty of good titles in-between, but given the choice between somebody titling a thread "The Official Halo 2 Thread" and "Return of the GunPointsDownBug Game 4evaH!", I'll gladly, ecstatically go with the "Official Halo 2 Thread" title.

What's wrong, Dues? Are the titles spoiling the threads for you?
Alright, that's enough. I'm putting this in the Monkey Den where it belonged to begin with. Bring up all of your forum gripes there. It's not just for bug reports.
Well, I guess Deus is implicating me in this argument, so I'll just say there is a clear difference between my "official" threads and my normal threads. I only make official threads about multiplayer online games that I want to organize with the forum. My first post has continually updated information about the top sites for download and information as well as standard formats for creating games and a buddy list compiled frequently that consists of people only affiliated with the PA forums that wish to be on it. If that's not official, then I don't know what to call it.
Not to mention that these threads drop like rocks after every organized game, and so the title has to be as clear as possible to keep it living. The unimaginative, formulaic title also serves to cut down on random chatter and prevent it from also falling into another GT chat thread.

Marty: The future, it's where you're going? Doc: That's right, twenty five years into the future. I've always dreamed on seeing the future, looking beyond my years, seeing the progress of mankind. I'll also be able to see who wins the next twenty-five world series.

You are officially cool.
Don't get carried away though, that could change at any moment.

It is for me.
I mean, now I know that the new Halo is a sequel to the original.

Exactly.
