I wouldnt take on old Billy Gates if I were him. I guess he is barred from damaging statements for Rockstar games so he has to find a new game in town to continue his 15 minutes. Halo 3? Does even come across as a particularly violent series to me. I guess you have to sell enough copies for it to make it worth his while.

Gears is safe I imagine at only 5 million.

See the thing that gets me is with Halo all your enemies are alien. I guess you could say the elites and brutes are human shaped to a degree, but other then multiplayer there is no real human-human violence as in the other games Jack goes after. Now if this was Gears where there are maybe 10 enemies you ever encounter in the game that aren't VERY humanoid in nature with the rest just being human that look different to the common eye, I would say maybe then he has a point cause it was MS's big game last year. This show he does no real research and just goes after what ever he this is important.
