Alternatives to PayPal

I'm looking to put a donate button on a website I have so people can chip in to help with hosting costs. But if I use my existing PayPal account, people will see my full name, and I don't want that. PayPal doesn't seem to have any options for anonymity short of opening a Business account, which I don't want to do. Is there any other service that works about the same, but I don't need to expose my personal information? I'm in Canada so I'll need something Canuck friendly.

Would paypal allow you a second account just for the site? And/or could you just make a new paypal account for the site with a name of your choice?

As far as I understand it, I would need to open a business account with PayPal. I looked into it, but it asks a bunch of questions about the nature of the business etc. which this site decidedly is not, and I really don't want to put in the effort of lying because PayPal can shut down accounts for any reason they see fit. I believe I would run into the same risk if I tried to open a second account that was normal but with a fake name. (Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, this is just the impression I got from Googling the problem).

Ko-fi looks like it might be what I'm looking for. I'll investigate a little further.

You could also try Patreon as a kind of tip jar, too.
