I guess people just dont know the game and dont know that sleep makes you 100% chance to crit so you can build her extra fast and hard hitting at 50% crit and setup the rest of your chunky 50% crit team to finish. And remove one of the biggest pvp threats in the game with charles.
But don't you know they "censored" her S3 animation and so she's awful now?

"We've gone too far this time!" I'd be more disappointed in that the original animation made me laugh the first time I saw it.

The animation is not the same as the fighting game. In the fighting game she pulls a bullet out of her cleavage to shoot the person with love. In E7 she just shoots the person with love.
Does bring up a question around what goes first mechanic's wise. If I have Dizzy with Iela Violin, if it proc's, does it remove immunity first then apply her debuffs or does it hit debuffs first then strip?
I dont use Violin really so not sure. It says after attack in the text though so I would say it goes after the debuff check.
Man tough decision upcomming. Do I 6* ML Purrgisman for W13 solidifying or do I save it for Ray for 13s of Az and banshee most likely. Or Elphet for pvp and, most likely, free removal of all the favorite old man charles in comps...

Grabbed my third Sol just before maintenance started. Grinding out the tourney entry fee will be a bitch without the Baiken artifact, but otherwise this has been a pretty rich event.
I managed to +5 Junkyard Dog (I really hate Tenebria for screwing up my autos on Dizzy's stage) so now I can farm Records and Hairbrushes at maximum efficiency to grab everything I want in the final week. I also managed to scrape by Hell difficulty for the Baiken/Sol stage, so I got that achievement.
There's just one more achievement that's got two copies of Sol locked behind it and I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it. The final fight in the Hard Tournament, where Sol has his magic bullshit team of Level 60 Moonlight 5* units. Seriously what the fuck is with that lineup?

I just pulled dizzy, but I checked with people who have been using her and they say that the debuff check happens first (so they get resisted) and then violin strips the immunity.
Elphelt seems like a very strong enabler for cleave in PvP. I see her roll as very similar to cdom, as she helps your team cleave (with aoe def break rather than cr push) and eliminates a single target along the way (just like cdom).
Her artifact seems very strong. Def break is the strongest debuff in the game. Will be worth bottling in my opinion. Hopefully I pull a few.
Ray seems like a worse version of DJ Basar (who is very strong). If you don’t have DJB he is probably worth building to combat the dizzys running around now.
I've been running Vivian to counter Dizzy, but with just 240 or so speed, the odd one does go ahead of me. I changed up my shitty auto arena team to Lidica - SSB - Roana - Vivian and have had some pretty good success.

Considering DJBasar is an ML5, most people won't have him. But I still felt like fixing that.
He looks like he will have much more sustain than DJ Basar which will have uses.
Ya, I don't think he is bad. With mola being so scarce I think we have to be a little picky about units we build/pull. I already have DJB so hard to justify pulling someone with a similar skill set.
Ah, so we've got another 2-4 months again of nothing but dizzy in the arena before people once again realize she's not that amazing for pvp. Especially not this time around when she has even more counters than previously. Well, this will make farming easy at least.

Took 100 pulls but at least I didn't pity and I brought home three of the artifact!
I know I shouldn't complain but fifteen mystic summons did not give me Rose, but did give me Haste. Wrong shimmery summon!
Okay, this final fight in Hard Tournament is pretty much unwinnable for me as my gear stands now. Moonlight Angelica makes the team immortal, Elphelt deletes my Vildred, Vildred cleaves my team repeatedly, and Crozet provokes everyone so I can't even get a turn in edgewise. The best I've managed is when Sol and Vildred went first and killed Angelica, but it didn't stop the other three from ruining the team on their own, just not as quickly.
Watching some RTA with ML Haste and yeah he is insta revive hard counter. Its pretty ridiculous.
Edit: LOL on this one arby didnt even break Hastes shield after haste killed him.
Yeah he looks near broken hard counter for anything revive. Not by himself you will need the ML Basar or Ray most likely and other good support and dmg but holy built full tank he just removes maid chloe, arby and the people they revive like SSB. because the shield is so ridiculous.

I do that all the time. Just a couple more days until you can get on it. You can put up aide in guild and go after the tourney node with it though.
ML Haste looks ike he will be a swap in for static pvp and gw anything revive oriented really. RTA is RTA so will not be invincible of course but against AI yeah forget about it. Those revive comps you skip become very doable with him in your group.

Welp, 35 shy of pity and completely out of bookmarks and stones. That's not a great feeling, especially since she's only going to be up for a week.
You should be able to get 35 in a week if you make it your mission. Refresh the shop and get what summons you can out of the new side story and web event.

What are you planning on using Rose for? These days I only really see her in banshee one shot comps since she can defense break on S2, which means there is no chance of a dual attack (a good thing for one shot runs, since a dual attack can cause banshee to split too early).
I want her because she's cool. That's all. She has cool mechanics and all that, but she's just cool.
Plowing through Cidonia so I can get hold of this 70+ gear. I think I also need to rush some fodder leveling so I can make at least two 60's capable of surviving that last fight in the tournament. Managed to roll another battle pet with S-Rank 11.75% chance to double AP gain from stages so that's coming in handy for unlocking the AP Exchange for Cidonia places since they all require a good chunk.
Ended up getting 1 artifact and Elphelt with 50 pulls to go. Going to be really tight for Ray.

I went for Elphelt and don't really regret it. So far she's pretty fun, and I have her nowhere near what one would call optimized. I only have like 2k skystones kicking around now though, so Ray will be a lucky roll or nothing. At least his artifact is kinda bleh.
Watching streams it looks like Elphet is not going to scale into the 300 speed arena well. But what I have seen for the other 90% of us she is a good basar and charles killer.

Given the bonuses they give to farming, I wish they had a quest for the artifact that was just grinding like Sol's.
