Probably depends on how you use her. For PvE or slower PvP team, I could see RH. If you're using her as a pseudo-cleaver, maxing out her S3 with drink is the way to go. Most of the folks using her in Legend seem to have drink on her (they've also maxed it out).
Hehehe yeah I'm never going there. Honestly, I get very few people attacking me in Master, but that's probably because I have SSB, ML Ken, and Charles in my defense group. I'm sure most people look at it and go "huh? what the..." and fuck off somewhere else.
I've thought about leveling up my BBK then moving my J. Kise gear over to her for cleaving. Then rebuild J. Kise with speed/effectiveness/hp/def, as more of a support unit.
We'll see, next I'm looking at Lilibet to 6* since I could use some extinction in my life. I have enough bruisers (A. Ravi, Charles, Elena, SSB, Lilias) at 6*, just need to get lucky with better gear. So I figure next should be specialists like Lilibet or A. Cidd/A. Coli or Cerise.

Got my first S rank on hall of trials. Pretty fun, CDom was an amazing enabler for everyone and dished out a ton of damage, with Kawerik right behind her. Krau continues to be best boy and Tams be Tams.

Picked up an Iseria this morning, so took her to 6*. Got enough to do BBK as well, who is only 4* atm, but that's fixed pretty quickly. I somehow have 10 3* dark penguins that I've been itching to use up.

The 4-5 ticket this morning was Shuri #4, which let me 5* Watcher Shuri without using dogs. Add him to the pile of units I'd like to try out someday when the mola and gear situation is better.
I hate her design so much. I'm 50/50 as to whether to pull. I don't have any 5* earth healers and her skills are really neat. S1 with barrier and S3 with heal and revive (don't have ML Chloe or Ruele) is pretty cool. Her S2 seems really interesting combined with Elena's.
Ticket was Maya #4 or so. Going straight into the waiting room in case I can ever pull an ML Maya.
I used Rose for a long time for tank until I landed Angelica and got her up to speed. I have a Shadow Rose I've been slowly trying to gear.
My free attk set was a mixed bag, i think the hat every single time went health. Everything else seemed ok. I like Roana's look, it's busy sure, but boobs I like the halo, the gold rings around the wings. I'm guessing that's some weird bondage platform she was chained to but has broken free off and still carries around because IDK, it looks neat?
Uh HUGE win in the developer notes. They're adding side stories to characters to review. Looks like chunks at a time but that's fine, probably not easy to take that code and re-purpose it. I've been asking for this for years from gacha games. It sucks to either miss an event or start playing late, get the hero but have no way to view the weekly/monthly content they got way back.
Other wise, 90 gear looks like more grind. Need more mats and it just boosts equipment you already have so you still need good equipment. Also starts at half a million gold, so goodbye gold lol. Hopefully Hunt 12/13 drops only 85 gear or has a much higher chance.
90 gear will be a grind but you can use useless gear to gaurantee good stat 90 so the system will be fine. I am sure people wont like the need to sac the leveled gear but the stats will stay the same and you will get another proc out of your gear and an more implicit. Will be nice.
her S2 with 0 molas healed for 4.5k when we suffered a full party hit from banshee's follow up attack. I'm unsure if that was its cap or all the dmg we took, but either way, that's solid.

Ouch, pity for Roana; the 3 sets of 5 for her storyline will nab her for me. Started off good - daily was Tamarinne and I didn't have her so that's pretty great. Next 17 were crap, Muchacha, Hurado etc. Not a single 4* item. Then I managed to pick up another Angelica so she's an A rank now. 2 Furious, a Bloodstone which is new to me, and a few 4* artifacts I already had. Did not get her artifact.

I had some bookmarks and figured I'd follow the crowd for a bit, especially after Jubal and Tcheldor were successful. Twelve pulls got Roana. No artifact, not sure I want to chase that more even though it looks nice.
Also I went from 10m gold to almost nothing in the last few days, and I have almost no runes for gear improvement. Yay grind!
From what i saw last night watching people using her in pvp her artifact looks to be really good on her. But its also not limited and there are plenty of good artis out there for soul weavers.
Edit: And there is not highest effect on it so it does stack it looks like. So double soulweavers with her arti will work... at least it appears so.
Dropped 300 BM's, no dice so far. Barely any 4*'s as well so I think the game is telling me to stop for now.
It'll be interesting to see how her arti compares to Shimadra Staff. With Tcheldor's build (max mola though), her S2 would do an extra 2,700 with Shimadra vs 2,000 with her Artifact (minus the proportional part). So depending on that modifier, it could be better. Though Shimadra's gives effect res and works on her S3 as well.
Of course for PvP, Waters Origin is probably going to be a good choice since she wants tankiness.
I wish Celestine or Rod would come back to the shop. I'd love to throw Celestine on Elena (counter set) for the extra heals. But my only copy is on Tam right now and I use her for so much, it's hard to take it off.
Since every time we get an free un-equip event I forget what I wanted to switch around, I'm going to start making a list. Part of this is also getting prepared for Hell Raid. Right now I use Tam/Iseria/C. Dom/Cermia for non hell raid and have 0 problems (other than the swarm one which I skip a lot). Would this group work for Hell raid? Do I need more sustain like Champ Z for C. Dom or extra healing like Elena or Angie?
Speaking of hell raid. S. Tenebria is paired with ML Angie. I'll wait to see who the next ML 5* is, but that's a tempting one. She'd be really good with some of the bruiser units I'm working on.

Man I had 80% win rate on defense team so went into the log and it took 6 tries for this guy to beat my defense team. Took that ish personal lol.

So what is the over/under that these boots will roll all into crit when I dont want them to for Roana.
Those have to be some of the best boots ive rolled for a specific hero... ever really. I guess it could have been flat def or eff res for the crit.
