i didnt realize i had the desert vista wall and oasis floor
my main room is gonna be some egypt thing when i get the stuff but some of that is from gulliver. right now its a bunch of lawn gnomes performing some sort of ritual around a skeleton in the center of the oasis, with a rusty old gas pump in the background
a remnant of what once was
if anyone gets those egypt-y things let me know I probably have other good gulliver and saharah items
So The Zombie Penguin kindly made me both the gold wall and gold floor last night, and I was struggling with how to work it into a vault room using my existing catalogue furniture. Eventually I settled on a horrendously gaudy 70s theme which I think works well!
Meanwhile I am digging all the soft lights in this game (just placed the soft serve lamp!)
Is...is there any way I could touch that soft-serve light? I'm building a Good Place themed neighborhood, and frozen yogurt is obviously important for that.

I have CJ on the island today so I spent my first hour or so on the game catching fish to get enough pop eye goldfish for a collectible.
I'll eventually be back on to do some work on my island, but for now I'm gonna just open my island and be afk for a bit. The able sister's have some neat things: flapper dresses, fitness tanks (with sports bras), belted robes, detective jackets, jockey helmets, and 60s style colorful striped shorts among others.
