Just this week I let Billy move out, thinking I was done with the whole jock personality, only to be replaced by jock Louie. Know how that works now.
The one I had contemplated letting go if she ever brought it up is Charlise, mainly because of her "urgh" and the fact that she's real quick to be all "JFC, you're talking to me again already?" if I talk to her more than once.
Then she organized my birthday party. She can stay.
I started some serious construction the other day and have been continuing today. I named my Island Firehammer because years ago I helped a customer with that last name and have been in awe of it ever since. Everything in games gets named Firehammer. Anyway, my map had a central island and as I kept playing I started noticing how it was vaguely hammer shaped. So now I'm moving things around to make it 100% hammer shaped and not a hammer-like blob. It was daunting at first to mess with something I already liked, but I've been pretty happy so far with the results.

Yes they do! There seems to be a limit of like 20 that will end up showing up using the friend’s island, I think. But you have to wish like 100 times to get to the limit. Maybe.
Been my experience as a guest that 20 wishes will result in 20 fragments the next day on my island. Any beyond that amount will not yield additional fragments.

It seems like every other time I talk to Celeste I get a wand. Last four time five times was gold wand, star fragment clock, mum wand, meteor, and now rose wand. Is it just me?
