I am having a minor meteor shower right now and Celeste is also here. I'll be AFK but she was last sighted on the beach south of the Museum. I placed all the Pirate items on the hill above the museum if anyone want sot stop by and shoot some cannons!
Boomer is definitely one of my favorites. I caught him wearing a hat on top of his other hat the other day. XD
Phoebe is my late night fishing buddy.
Tonight on Skull Land, Gullivarrr basically promised me that he'd come to my island. *fingers crossed*
They were all singing K.K. Adventure in the plaza.
My favorite new wand outfit. (Someone should dress up as the other half of Daft Punk with me!)
Gullivarrr is finally here so I'll be sending the day time traveling forward and back so I can get a ton of Pirate stuff. I assume his items can't be purchased from the nook shopping to get duplicates like the normal Gulliver items.
Normal Gulliver items can't be ordered either!

The more I dabble with Nookazon and its transactions, the more I'm grateful we have such a giving and sharing community here
Right? I haven't bothered with Nookazon, but I joined some Facebook groups before I got really involved with this group, and I basically just ignore them. People on there want NMT in exchange for recipes or huge tips for getting to talk to Celeste. Everything is a transaction. Here everyone is like, "Please take my extra recipes, I don't want them!" XD and we can just leave our islands open without supervising them or fencing off everything. They even had rules against talking to other people's villagers. Ugh. I love this group, and I appreciate all of you!

Absolutely! It's kinda baffling, because ultimately what is an extra recipe going to do for you? Or gating off Celeste? Not to mention.. it feels great to be kind. One of the best things this game does is allow for people to be generous without very much personal cost.
Oh! And I totally forgot to thank you @timspork's ghost for the pirate rug / TREASURE MAP my first pirate item since Gullivarr is nowhere to be found ;w;
So I woke up to a mailbox full of gifts for the pub.
Everyone here is amazing. I was reading through last night's comments about other communities wanting tips or NMTs while opening my game and then boom I see all the mail. I wasn't expecting that at all. Thanks so much. I should be open around 2 Eastern today after my class wraps up.
Dang, my second account has started to get duplicated before getting one of each item. I need more cannons!
I wonder if the duplicate protection is based on catalogue and you could break it by picking up an item you haven’t yet received?
I don't think so? My second account was dropping items that my main account picked up so if that were true, it would be my main that started getting duplicates.
Also I have one more observation. Either I got incredibly luck on the RNG and got only blue items on my first go around, or it intentionally gives you all matching items on the first round then starts giving different colors the next time through. I now have a red and black pirate outfit.
Now I really want to go back through to get the other clothing colors and more cannons, but I think I'll take a break today, that process really tired me out.

It's more fun when competing with each other, but you can also do it solo like an obstacle course
Prizes are a bit hit and miss (due to my island reset), but hopefully still fun ; )
