Is it just me or did ARAM somehow become more toxic now that it's a "real" game mode?
Had people bitching I couldn't hit then on Anna as they dodged all my shots and walked repeatedly into Li Ming orbs. The other guy with a healer choice snap locked Chrome and flubbed every shot. Yeah ok
I don't miss having to do ARAM, but I do miss the weekly bonus chest. The XP comes so slowly.
I did one but yes i agree I only did the brawl for the chest and have no reason to bother with ARAM when I can suffer with the QP toxic talk

you discovered the power of playing OP broken-ass heroes which is how you game your way out of the lower leagues
climbing in SL is and never was about playing heroes you're good with personally, it's always been about gaming the system by playing the current most broken hero
and that will work for a good while until you get to the point where you ACTUALLY belong and start getting teammates who aren't bronze or silver and have zero clue how to play the video game
(then you get into the suffering of people who don't know how to play the video game but THINK they do and think they know EVERYTHING and think they're better and smarter than everyone else but they most certainly are not)
it's like that all the way up tho, but it is at least better than bronze and silver
My last game of the evening last night had "gg" called by our healer because we started falling behind tower shots after doing fine up to that point. Sure enough, we reach 20, get a wipe, then win handily. People that just give up so early are weird.

Anytime I play a teamfight focused champion I lose in SL
Give me murky or xul and I can just macro hard enough to make up for my teams complete inability to play teamfights.
Although DVA and Varian both make appearances in my rotation too because winblades and self destruct are just too good
Back to reality after 3 losses. D.Va getting banned every game now.

I feel like Li Ming is the very definition of a win more hero where if you can get ahead you can dunk on the enemy but if you are behind good luck catching up.
On another note, I solo q-d as Mefisto who I had not played yet at all, and forgot solo q on a level 1 puts you in the sippy cup league. Omg what a horrible experience. Diablo that alternates between bring toxic and afk for minutes at a time. 9 death Arthas. People that stand on all the bad. And there i am with 3 details whole game and just crapping out dmg, but I can't take a braxis point solo and the zerg eat our face every time. Finished q quest before 10 but made no difference. Think I may try w build next time.

How to (partially) solve the matchmaker in Storm League for high ranks:
(1) Make the MMR of any given group of any size equivalent to that of the highest MMR player on the team, rather than some kind of average.
(2) Players in Masters+ should be placed in a separate priority queue to have games with each other regardless of MMR. (Rule #1 would apply here - if you are a Master+ queuing with a group, your entire group will be placed in this priority queue and forced to play against other Master+ players/groups.)
(3) Matchmaking grabs players in some kind of pattern (1A-1B-1A-1B-1A-1B-1A-1B-1A-1B, 1A-2B-2A-3B-1A, whatever) based on MMR ranking to fill each team.
(4) After 5 minutes, if no other players can be found, the Diamond 1 player with the highest MMR can be pulled into the game immediately. If no such player can be found, it goes down the ranks accordingly until one can be found.
So this is one of the other funny moments video channels. and it has some well worth checking out. The first one in here is just super painful to watch though. There's also a great like 5 minute segment of just tons of crazy saves (instead of the usual kills or mistakes these videos use). It's worth watching for all of those by themselves.
Yessss gimme more of that. A montage of epic saves and friendships set to anime music? I'll have another thanks.
I'm not sure which I find most impressive from that montage. The Lili/Garrosh that survives with no health for like 30 seconds against 4 enemies or the Stitches that saves the Uther like 3 or 4 times to get away from the enemy team. There were some impressive hook saves in general though in there.
OK. New computer parts are here. If my resetting issues occur after getting a new mobo, CPU, and RAM....then, fuck me I don't know. Gonna HotS it up tonight.

That sucks. So you've basically replaced all the major parts except the power supply now? I suppose if there was something wrong with that it could maybe cause restarting if it was causing the power to "flicker" to the computer. Other random idea, have you tried a different outlet to make sure it isn't something weird there as well?

Is your computer overheating at all during play? Run it in windowed mode and have a temperature monitoring software running at the same time and see if it's spiking or not.
I started by swapping the PS with my wife’s PS (they’re the same models) and the problem persisted. I was going to try the outlet, but the problem was happening at the repair shop too.
So now it’s either the GPU or the case/cables. Nothing has overheated according to the tracking software.
