I got hosting with a company called webserve.ca, I've had a few inconvenient problems with them but for the most part everything has been resolved, but my new problem is one caused by a lack of information, everyone on basic hosting gets a shared ssl certificate to use, and they are given an address, mine is https://ns**.servepower.com/domain.com
** = a 2 digit number
domain.com = my domain
i went to that address and it said the page does not exist
"Not Found
The requested URL /domain.com was not found on this server."
is there something special i need to do, or is it just broken and i should contact tech support?
