It's interesting that in years gone by I the whole Jack Thompson-esque "video games are violent!" to be laughable drek and how could anyone think that video gamers are if anything exceptionally pleasant and non-violent people
And these days my view of essentially all "Nerdy" communities is that they are riddled with white supremacists, MRAs, neo-fascist, incels with murder fantasies and anti-LGBTQ lunatics. Like whenever I think of CAD I think of how actually once I read and enjoyed CAD as a daft youth and proudly identified with that tribe but these days find the video game community to have large, rather awful elements.
If its any consolation (it won't be) pretty much every group is like that now. My dads union texting group is usually filled with sexist/racist crap. My moms TV club has an old lady that says horrible slurs every time I've met her. I'm pretty sure at this point that the sewing shop in my local downtown is probably teeming with assholes.
That man is going to be utterly destroyed by the hell future of 2020.
And then, of course, he's going to go back and do things to "fix" it that end up making it turn out like this.

I think Gog is saying that, essentially, Solomon thinking that he can control people is farcical. If his empire lasts ten million years people will still be the same and they won't care. To Gog, the mass of humanity (for lack of a better term since there are way more than just humans in K6BD) is a mindless aimless unstoppable idiot god.
