Help me make my parents' wifi suck less

I'm looking for a way to improve wifi coverage in my parents' house. What would be the best and cheapest option for remedying this problem? Preferably something that doesn't require tinkering on their part.

    Either one of the mesh systems or one or more repeaters. Not sure how cheap you want but I think you can get either of those options setup for under $200.
