I've never been more mad that my local Build a Bear closed. I'm sure the offerings are gonna be Tom Nook, Isabelle, and like maybe one or two villagers. But if Stitches is one (and he damn well better be), imma be mad I didn't get one.
This may be dangerous knowledge, but you can order Build A Bears from their website.
But will they be only lightly-stuffed and floppy?
They used to offer the ability to specify how much stuffing but they stopped a few years back so now all you get is a choice between normal stuffing and no stuffing at all.

Weird. Twice now Celeste has only given me star fragments. I was under the impression that she would always give a space or zodiac DIY you don't already have. The last one I'm missing is the Virgo Harp but she won't give it to me. Is there something I'm missing?

She only gives zodiac diys during the dates of that zodiac sign, so you'd have to get the Virgo harp recipe from her between August 23 - September 22.

Was just struggling to place the ACNH murder mystery "forensic evidence" on my island because of running out of design slots- I feel like Nintendo heard me X )
I'm definitely going to get the amiibo cards. I don’t know if I'll invite any of the villagers to my island, but I'm definitely going to use some of the new furniture.
I'm excited that I'll be able to access the design portal from my phone instead of booting up the game and going to Able's. I almost liked being limited to 50 design slots because it made me be a little bit more creative with how I use designs. I'm sure I'll start adding so many to my new design slots that they'll be full again in no time, though. XD
I like that they made Bunny Day a shorter event, and that they added new items for this year. That makes me more excited for the rest of the holidays throughout this next year.

I'd say Sly, or if you're not going for a cat-filled island, you could get rid of Ankha or Kiki.
Also, re: mail issue. I got your mail the other day (thanks by the way!), did you happen to get what I sent back? I noticed something that might be the problem- you come up 3 times on my friends list. Twice under NuNuMonkey, and once under New Monkey. One NuNuMonkey option showed your character with red hair, and the other with black hair. I think I tried to send it to the character with red hair.
