Got 400 finally in Annihilation 4. Still messed up at the end and let Eyja die whe I was watching bottom, but Utage, Lappland, and some stun bombs cleared it up.
Aestesia is literally just better than Mousse, you should really get around to it. Random chance skills are terrible compared to guaranteed to work skills.

Wow, cleared Annihilation 4 400 kills first try. I looked at your guys positioning for a hint of what it would look like, but haven't watched any strats yet. I think that past event helped a lot for knowing how to deal with all those hardy, annoying enemies.

Jessica cleared the first couple of chapters for me... doesn't mean she's ever getting on a combat team again.
This was a complete clusterfuck, but fuck yes I finally did it. Managed to stick with Guardmiya the whole way through; she ended up being the one who both killed the boss and finished off the last bit of stragglers. I'm not touching this stage again until I sack Nightengale though, good lord was that rough.
Edit: My favorite part of finally clearing a hard stage is going to watch a guide and seeing what completely obvious thing I missed to make everything a lot easier. Like say, for example, just baiting the Ignite mechanic instead of making a giant heal ball to brute force it
Is it worth pulling more on the thorns banner if I should be getting close to a pity 6*?
The runs I’ve seen with him are a bit silly.
Thorns is amazing but my luck on the standard banners is impressively terrible. So I always hesitate to really aim for a character there (wasted a LOT of currency going for Bagpipe in this way).
Cleaned up my JT8-3 autodeploy since I need to farm more aketon; good lord that stage is almost reasonable if you actually bait ignite correctly.
Also have all the mats to M3 Gaurdmiya's first skill, just a time thing now. Next I think I'll finish up Mudrock E2, and then uh... I dunno? Maybe some random 5* or 4* that seems fun, or just casual farm for random mastery mats.

I didn't think I would ever beat 7-18, but finally got it today on literally the last tile was the last mine that blew up and got him. MVP went to Nightmare for turning her 50% dodge into 100% and burrowing someone's Surtr.

Which 6*s do you have?
Sora is like literally the only E2 I regret, I have just basically never used her, even for memes. (Warfarin alone was usually enough.)
I got a lot of use out of Istina in the past and she can still see the field for specific usages but most of the time she's basically obsolete finally between Angelina and Suzuran. (Her niche is that she combines full up time with the controllable ASPD toggle)
I'm working on Glaucus atm and drones are always awful so she probably still has value if you lack other tools.
I've got Angelina S3M3 for the slowing, yes. Exusai, Blue Poison, and Platinum (all E2 already) usually cover the anti air, or Eyja/Ceobe can drop in for the high def ones. I'm not really hurting for tools there at all usually. Already have Warfarin E2.
6*s I don't have: Mudrock, Blemishine, Surtr, Euncetes, Thorns, Suzuran, Weedy, Rosa, W, Phantom, Bagpipe, Nian, Mostima, Schwarz. Jeez, and I used to be only missing half that many :P. Still covers all my bases normally.

If you don't have Suzuran then you could still see value out of Istina probably...less so these days as the maps haven't been favoring a lot of that kind of thing IMO but still some.
But yes, drones are becoming big high DEF fuckers so snipers are having real problems dealing with them now.

Almost the last bit of big prep I'm gonna be doing probably, aside from one promo and one mastery I still need to farm for. Rest is just level pumping.
Kind of wondering what kind of damage she'd do in annihilation 4 with her S2 kaboom. But I just took a guide for the clear because screw those long ass maps.
Took another 10-pull on Rosmontis banner with that pile of orundum and... well, Whisperain max potential? Well, she won't hurt to raise to E1 at least I guess :rotate:

Sigh, caved and bought the cert headhunting tokens, got 2 whisperains and that’s it. I’m too far to even have a chance at pity if I go hard so unless I get Mudrock from the last couple free pulls I’m sol.
Ugh, I didn't really pull for Mostima last time and I still really don't; there are still more limited-time banners coming up with better units. But I love her one skin so much that I actually bought it without having the unit. Maybe I'll just go to first 6* pull...
Also, yeah that BP skin needs to come sooner rather than later...
M8-8 done pretty straightforwardly (my team is getting good at pure brute force), but it seems I missed a bonus objective. I'll need to find out what that is for that one and M8-6.
Finally got Rosmostins S3M3 in the cooker. Farming six of those new green stone things is a pain in the ass.
After that, I noticed they added Medals/Achievements for completing all the story chapter challenge modes. Guess now I gotta get that done.

ya, i'm not dying about it, just a bummer. i had used her a couple times as a borrowed unit and she's really fun so i was just hoping to get her

Next up is start on Mudrock masteries, and also slowly work on farming the 12 Bipolar Nanoflakes I need for Ifrit + Suzuran M3's
