Well Kiara wanted to read out all the messages from the announcement and thank you streams but after like 2 hours she realized she was only like half way through the first stream so she had to switch to reading names and longer messages if she wanted it to ever end.
Kiara's chat spamming bizarre variations of danke schoen became more amusing to me the longer it went on. But yeah, hopefully they all learn from that stream to only read out loud messages and user names they want to and have a way to go for speed when the volume is out of control.

Cali: nearly 27k.
Kiara: 10k
Gwar: 21k
Ina: 13k (her stream is still going)
Ame: Not yet started.
Korone earns around an average of 10k a week. Obviously this is everyone showing their appreciation, which is great. I hope this is the beginning of something awesome.
Let's update these!
Ina'Nis only did the one video, putting her at 16.1k (average $12.99) - note she actually played games during her superchat announcement stream as she was already booked into a slot.
Amelia also did just the one, putting her at 21.3k (average $8.56)
Gawr similarly is just 1 video into this new world, so she's still at 21.4k (average $10.07)
Kiara bumped up to 18.4k yesterday and an additional 4.7k today, putting her at 23.1k (average $8.40)
Cali made 27.2k yesterday and an additional 9.6k today, putting her at 36.8k (average $11.78)
4 hours and 40 minutes and Kiara is finally done. It started to get pretty emotionally near the end too.
Good emotional or bad emotional?
Someone sent her a shitty message over superchat at around the hour and half to 2 hour point and at around the 4 hour point so got to all the supportive messages people sent her over SC and everyone started spamming regular chat with heart emojis so it ended on a good note.
Okay, good. I was worried there were going to be some malicious Aholes and such. I noticed Amelia didn't read every message, just the names, which might be a smarter way to do it.
Catching up on the stream, it's around 1:50 out of the 4 1/2 hours.
Looks like Calliope has a contest to remix one of her songs. Winner is chosen by her, and the song will be her intro theme music for her streams for 1 month.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You must have a SoundCloud or YouTube account
-You must provide the appropriate credit to the original
-You must have private messages enabled should you make it into the top 10
-You can use whatever samples or materials, original lyrics etc. that you want BUT you MUST use some of the source material in some way to ensure it is an actual REMIX.

I consider it to be pretty similar to a lot of direct donation entertainment models nowadays, like patreon, Kickstarter, and the like, such as when PA had a fund drive.
The difference between vtubers and literally anything else is increased privacy. The system is set up so they can completely walk away and leave minimal traces if they wanted. Also it divorces their performance from physical standards.
On that basis, I'm not sold that the biggest donations seriously think they have a shot or something as this is a wide open virtual kayfabe that everyone buys into

I could say at being in a real relationship, but I don't think people's thought processes get that far. see precious click button

Overall this seems quite solid. And this should be the last time I do this, I just wanted to capture their introductions.

Yup. I'm just surprised it's not the girl version.
