Yes that would be why I noted "and their friends." That said though, they've talked about how VShojo will be expanding in the future and the current cast is just to get it started. As far as people they'd invite into it (and would accept), frankly I can't think of any of their friends that would say no.

I did hear enough that Subaru was saying she was having problems collaborating with the other Holos when she first joined, just out of shyness I suppose. She was really caught up in the image of being the sports driven member, and it's how she ended up collaborating a lot with someone from Nijisanji. That's surprising to hear because, as late as I came around to finding out about Hololive at all, Subaru stuck out to me because she is really funny with anyone she collabs with.

Same server, I'm pretty sure they are a still part of team rocket, they were going by cream rocket last. Haven't seen any of them interact with them so far but I've been on and off since I'm watching during work.
