wesome wings on that Pegasus, could you stick it on an evil looking dark Knight or something? It's weird to get requests I know but i've always wanted a picture of an angel that looked really cool and not so weird and old.
Unless you're a burn victim you've inadvertently created texture on the skin that shouldn't be there--plus it's good practice to paint with the largest brush you can manage anyway. When painting hair, imagine it as "clumps" in planes rather than delineating each and every single hair, or you end up with what looks like straw instead.

I figured I'd get a comment on that. I actually contemplated wheter I should spend an extra hour to smooth it out or not. But I chose to prioritize my time on other stuff. I'm too lazy to switch brush size between detail work and larger areas so I usually use too small brushes for most stuff and just smooth things out in the end.
I admittedly need to get better at rendering hair.
An evil looking dark knight angel? It's on my todo list. No promise though.
To show that I do listen to critique - here is 15 minutes worth of smoothness (with more time it wouldn't look like the texture of a plastic doll but I need to get started with other stuff now)
the ear is way to far back on the Ricci sketch. It needs to start where the back of the jaw ends. Note, all humans are different, and her ear appears to start back farther than most normal humans judging by the ref pic; but not as far back as you have it. It appears that you've made the neck angle about 15-20 degrees to the right; where in the reference, it's only 1 or 2 degrees at most. This has made your drawing of her look like she has abnormal ears that sprout near the back of her head.

Use. Bigger. Brushes.

laying down some color... (maybe too heavy on the pink)
comparing it to my self portrait one can really tell how much more effort I've put into this one (compare 5 hours vs 20 hours).
