I am starting this simply to put out a bunch of ideas for superheroes. Please make sure that all characters are original and specify if they could be uses by another person. My first oc.
1. Rebound
Ervin Edwards grew up a rich kid. However, his parents seemed to pay the most attention to his older brother. Being quite the academic, Ervin gained a job with a professor. He later met a hero who inspired him to become one himself. He built technology that allowed objects to have a never ending supply of kinetic force and could bounce like a rubber ball. Using this tech, he himself could jump and bounce around. Now he rooms the city of FreyVille as the dynamic Rebound!
