I thought the presidential debate was going to air at 8:00 PM EST but actually it’s 9:00 EST. Someone cares deeply about EST vs EDT and they can just deal.

Tonight a man who I am legally obligated to not call a twat puffin will argue with a man who’d probably laugh if I called him a twat puffin.

He already has. He tweeted or talked on Fox & Friends or something about how the muting rule was totally unfair to him. Even though it's literally fair. It's 2 minutes each and the other person can't talk. The fact that he can't talk more is somehow unfair.

Something a Biden advisor was worried about was Trump continuing to heckle Biden in person, even though his mic is muted. Biden would get distracted and angry like before and the viewers mostly wouldn't be able to hear it and that would make Biden look bad. When Trump is doing his bullshit and the mic is on then everybody can hear it and be annoyed and angry alongside Biden.

I do think it would be hilarious if Trump just ignores the fact that he's muted and you can just barely hear him being an asshole in the background of Biden's mic.

Supposedly a lot of Biden’s preparation revolved around talking while his Trump stand-in kept interrupting, so that’s something.
