the filming for my game was just a couple of months ago, too

I could tell that he was using a lot of energy to maintain his hosting duties, but when the camera rolled he was a consummate pro, he made us every contestant feel welcome and like he was glad for us to be there

I’m shattered, but glad I got to meet him and play his game

Sad to see him go. I was never an avid watcher, but always appreciated the show, and honestly it's impressive he lasted as long as he did after his diagnosis. Thoughts with his family.
