Weird-ass printer spool file behavior

So, we've got a printer connected to the network. This printer is connected via a hub, which it shares with a computer, to the network. It seems to be spooling one user's print jobs. On Thursday or Friday, when a different user shut down her computer (the one who shares an office with the printer) it printed out everything in the spool file, which was pretty much everything this other user (who does not share the room with the printer) had done since, like, March.

What the fuck is up with that?
