Help with returning a Gamestop order
Hi Friends,
I ordered two copies of SW Squadrons back on 12/16/2020 and they only just delivered this past week (01/19/2021). If I go through the automated returns on Gamestop's site, it tells me I'm outside the return window.
I tried to reach out to support via "Contact Us" on Gamestop's website but the widget/app/whatever on the page won't submit the request. Every time I click submit, it shows a quick "thinking" circle and then kicks back to the form. Does Gamestop have a customer service email address I can just contact directly?
I'm going to dig through my emails from Gamestop in parallel but I was hoping someone here would help me figure out how I can get in touch with them. I'd like to avoid going to a store because I expect the people working there to say it's outside the 30 day window and they can't help.
Thanks

But your best option might be to contact them on Twitter or Facebook. And if they don't help out, taking over a month to arrive should be enough to get your credit card company to intervene.

I tried emailing 'orders@ gamestop dot com' so will see if I get a response.
Twitter customer service has never failed me and they often call you bypassing the need to wait on hold on the phone. And my twitter account is only followed by, like, 5 bots so you don't need to be a popular influencer type to get a reaction from twitter, in my experience.
Shoot off the public tweet wait a few days then just call your credit card company.
Take a picture of the package with the tracking number just for your records. Then they can't say it was never received.

Or ask for a receipt when you drop it off at a FedEx store.
Fun fact: they didn't refund the $4 shipping from the original order.
