I've been trying to remember an rpg book I owned back around 1993. It was a DnD knockoff, probably published between 1987-1993 as a blue softcover book with some generic adventurers on the front. I mostly remember that one of the character classes was a "Red Knight" and that the rules were EXTREMELY insistent that all magic in the setting came from gods or demons, so all the magic users were indebting themselves to forces that were best case serving their own agendas or more likely, actively malignant.
