    I will treat this question with the good faith it does not warrant.

    Assuming the Democrats pass a strong Voting Rights Act and also a number of policies that have broad popular support, and they run candidates properly espousing support for those policies with broad popular support, they will have enough appeal to a wide-enough base that they will have either also naturally increased their support base among white males, or the gains in other demographics will render moot the need.

    I speak in hypothetical and I do not expect the Democrats to deliver.
