I don't know what the ad restrictions are, but are they intended to be other languages? I keep getting this one:

I've seen a bunch of variations on this with various bits of text like the "sponsored by" changing to random different things.
Not sure about this one - probably edges into inappropriate territory, so thought I'd put it here.
Refreshed/rotated away after about half a minute or so.
Windows 10, Chrome, The Netherlands, (Zeeland)
Saw a more/actual inappropriate ad a few months back, but that one rotated away before I thought to take a screenshot. Can't remember what it was about now, and I only noticed it the one time, so ~eh. Overal, the ads I've seen here have been pretty decent. No complaints.

I feel like this probably shouldn’t be in the rotation, even if it is a lot tamer than some others:
Also it’s part of a two-frame animation so it might have snuck by a cursory examination that way.
What does that even mean? Is she saying he jerks off 24/7? In that case, yeah, she should really start knocking.
If she's carrying toilet paper, I would assume that means she's heading into a bathroom, and anyone who lives in a house with multiple people in it knows that you should knock before opening a bathroom door.
If that's all there is my friends, then let's keep dancing

Getting ads for Money Metals Exchange, for printing Trump coins
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Also saw an ad for buying a yacht, which isn't objectionable, but seems... uh... weird for multiple reasons.

Still getting money metals exchange grumpiest right wing bullshit
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Not necessarily saying anything needs to be done about this one, but like the ad for yacht ownership that it saw, I feel like the ad algorithm may have, uh, broken, and is not being effective at whatever it thinks it's trying to do as it seems to be oscillating between super creepy "hey, we're tracking your IP, and here's the address of a local Walgreens," totally generic "buy Adobe products!", and stuff like this:
eBay, for when you're looking for a pile of garbage, a rug on the side of the road, or a bedsheet!
Unlike pretty much all the other things people have reported here, there's never been a break from the Infowars crap since it started. Is that stuff whitelisted then and shouldn't be reported anymore? Cause I'm still constantly getting it.
Newzgeeks still going round with women in underwear in airports, but a new one’s emerged- Style Magazine with a woman in a very thin white t-shirt and very obviously not wearing anything under it.
