So far it's just some leaked xbox achievements that confirm 3 out of 4 characters that were previously "leaked" and ignored cause people thought it was just bullshit:
The three characters you can see in the achievement icons are Roa (expected, basically already confirmed from earlier screenshots of post match dialogue), Noel (new character from the Tsukihime remake that releases tomorrow, teacher who doubles as a secret church ninja) and an unnamed white haired guy that is shown in the Tsukihime remake trailer and is presumed to be one of the new villians
All of these are pretty normal and somewhat expected, though of course there are people complaining about their old main from melty blood not making it in, but what really has people worked up is who the leak says the final character is
It's fucking F/SN Saber as a guest character lmao
Note that this isn't confirmed, but I hope it's true cause the hardcore gatekeepy melty fans are currently having a meltdown on twitter complaining that "their" game might be ruined by a bunch of people picking the "cheap cash grab crossover character"

I mean if it's true I might actually play her as at least she has "drip" as the kids call it.
Edit: looks like Sol nerfs in the form of a 6S hitbox nerf and more pushback and damage scaling on f.S, minor Chipp and Ram nerfs to their god jump in buttons, and mostly small to good buffs for everyone else.
Also reduced input latency on PS4pro/PS5, and they're working on it for PS4 base model.

Well Ky didn't get a hurt box reduction on f.S but the reduced recovery and momentum change to pressure in some fights he struggled in.
That said the Stun Dipper change could be huge. A big problem with Ky was that he needed max distance for it to combo naturally which meant the there was a dead space between DE and SD where you couldn't get a decent ender. Also the fact that he is left closer to the opponent should also mean he gets decent pressure.
Also the pushback reduction on s.K should help his stagger game.

They maintained a surprising amount of Jack-O from Xrd in this while making her still fit into Strive.
A lot of her cool normal combat came from her dusts, I wonder if those were completely changed, or no longer use meter.
I am intimidated by how much she may be able to do with those servants.

The wording isn't very clear, but you might be able to cancel Fuujin into its follow-ups before its active frames? That could make for some interesting tech.
Yeah 2s nerf hurts (I'll have to mess around to see how much though...) but 5k was already a better choice in a bunch of situations anyway and HS would have been a good alternative if it wasn't like negative a billion on wiff... so I'm excited to use that more if they buffed it enough. The fS change will let people low profile under it... maybe? Or something? It's unclear if that's even a nerf if they moved the hurtbox back too.
Getting a proper combo off of overhead kiss midscreen is fantastic. I'd agree overall that looks like a buff.

As an I-No main, I got everything I wanted except fixing hcl's trash hitboxes.
If you don't play I-No you might not realize how massive of a buff the reduced pushback on h-stroke and 2k/2d will be combined with increased hover dash speed. Depending on how pronounced it is, her combos are going to be way more consistent and her oki is going to be just nasty.

Note that the leaked crossover character is hella unconfirmed, and several people have pointed out that it possibly originated from this one known guy in the Fate fandom who goes around spamming "leaks" for attention all the time.
I really hope it's true though, because honestly it would be hilarious.
