@Pixelated Pixie made me cry.
Thank You for Crysis: Maximum Remaster Edition! It is always fun to smash soldiers through corrugated metal shacks or be the Predator with cloaking!
But can you run it?

Also if anyone is interested, at least Southern Maine accents are very reminiscent of New England / Boston accents. Proof: I've had dozens of work trips to Kittery, ME the past 20 years.
Also the (ironic?) prevalence of French surnames with New England accents is odd. Like do you just hate yourself constantly at that point?
I'd suggest moving down into Northern California maybe but on the other hand

It was a very clever marketing tactic on the part of OwlCat. The new Pathfinder deals with a portal to the abyss opening up and creating a wound in the world, while California has a portal to the elemental plane of fire

there I was, playing the recently released (and FREE) Dagon, which ended up being a good 'Immersive Visual Novel' (no idea what the term is) adaption, enjoying the tentacles under the moonlight...
WHEN SUDDENLY I WAS GIFTED BY A WILD KAROZ!!!
Much thanks @Karoz for the warhams Beastmen DLC! I love me some sweaty beastmen! (phrasing!)
Big thanks to Karoz for Total War: Rome Remastered and Inscryption!! Total War: Rome is the TW game I've spent the most time with by a country mile, and I appreciate the chance to get back in touch with my inner Roman.
Inscryption describes itself as, "an inky black card-based odyssey that blends the deckbuilding roguelike, escape-room style puzzles, and psychological horror into a blood-laced smoothie." Whatever the actual game holds in store, that is an inspired bit of copy and I color myself intrigued!
Thank you, big-hearted Karoz. I hope you are holding up okay and that your pressure cooker job isn't overly leaking out into your non-job life.
@RoyceSraphim i live in washington. was the gift of Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan a consolation for living in the state pixie says who would want to visit?
I have no idea "The last victim of the bunny games, i gift another adventure." I only know of one bunny, and that is not you. Did a bunny put you up to this? I am for sure not active in this thread; dropping in and out.
Anyway, i am somehow not surprised; even though i was totally surprised this morning. Thank you; and thank you thread. Well maybe people who do not hate on my state; but i agree.. Stick to the west side.
My understood value of games is so warped, I refuse to buy a certain game on sale because it has been cheaper before.
Not sure if it's one of those games where they permanently raised the price/will never lower the sale price to that point again, but I can't abide by that.
Is the game fun? Yes.
Do you have time to play it? No.
Is the game on sale? Yes.
Two to one wins. Throw it on the backlog pile.

Finished the Voice of Cards (next game by Yoko Taro) demo.
Yep. The sluggishness is really going to kill this game for me.
I can't see myself playing this for something like twenty hours if there are no options introduced to speed things up. When I'm only playing for an hour and already dreading random encounters in the first dungeon, thats not a good sign.
Beat Elex, an RPG like Gothic. It starts off way too hard with you hardly able to kill mutant chickens and rats but, by the time you reach lvl 10 and get a companion, the game rises to Mediocre. Even considering Elex's modern graphics and larger world, 20 year old Gothic 2 is just more fun to play.
It's a turn-based Roguelite with a heavy emphasis on elemental attacks.
It sounds a bit weird, but it's like Necrodancer without the rhythm + Divinity:OS interactions.
Weapons have different ranges and modifiers, and for instance if you can get oil on a square and then set it on fire it hurts more.
They also have Diablo style rarities. So a purple weapon has 3 mods.
A cool thing it does it resets mana every battle. So the goal is to clear a room with no damage, no need to be stingy.
Bosses give some mana every 20% of hp damage you do.
It's pretty busy on screen, especially boss fights. And you have a lot of options, maybe too much.
I made it to the first Major Boss (after 4 floors, who each have a mini boss), and nearly got him, but ran out of option to damage him and died at 10%...

Yes. We need to get @Stabbity Style out of there.
I mean the beautiful parts of Idaho are right there.
On the other hand, so is the rest of Idaho.

Does this Corpse Party use the audio sorcery that the PSVita used to make it more engaging?

Clearly your household needs another wheel. May I suggest you get him one of these...
The PC version is the original. The remakes have the binaural audio, I think.
Thank you so much @Karoz ! I enjoyed Dishonored 1 a lot, I look forward to playing this!
@Karoz thanks but I'm going to have to decline for now. I haven't even finished the last game you gifted me!
Y'all are crazy generous people, fyi.
Is there a way to mod the PC version to the Vita version?
