World of Warcraft Patch Won't Install

The most recent, 1.75 MB patch (WoW-2.1.0.6692-to-2.1.0.6729-enUS) will finish downloading, but the updater will never actually run, leaving my game unpatched such that every time I try to play it, it tries to download the patch again.

I've tried deleting the patch and the updater, opening the updater itself, downloading the patch from File Planet, and none of it has worked. Should I try deleting all of the patches I have? I'd think about doing a complete reinstall if I had any idea where my WoW discs are.

    Have you tried the autorepair feature? I don't have access to my home computer right now to give detailed instructions, but it worked for me in the past when one of the patches refused to actually install.
