The sub drops happening right now are extremely abnormal and aren't just affecting HoloCouncil, they're affecting a TON of VTubers and other channels. And it's not just subs, YT's doing other shit like ignoring/erasing chat/VOD comments, undoing likes, and shadowbanning streams/videos. When their sub numbers were being culled before debut it made some sense, but it still happening afterwards doesn't, especially when it happens while they're in the middle of streaming and people who are watching her and interacting in the chat have their subs undone (btw Sana did a really good job ignoring chat freaking out about it and only addressed it later once she made it back to 100k for the third time this week). Mess around with the charts on this site and you can see how unique this culling is by comparing HoloCouncil with previous gens' first weeks.

Since they apparently didnt think to put an english version anywhere (which is silly given all of them speak a LOT of english and have a lot of english fans) , and the translate option apparently isnt available in that language, is that an audition deadline or a debut date? Why would they need to put out an English version of a recruitment call for people who are required to speak Indonesian as part of getting the job?
I thing I believe is true about holoid (and I know is true about nijiid) is that it's not like an EN branch where they can have spread out livers in different global locations; I believe being able to travel to jakarta for business is a requirement

Watching early collabs is always interesting as they're working on their characters and their rapport at the same time. Comparing this to the Selen x Petra run at the same game, the latter are much more established (but not completely comfortable with each other just yet).

Because this is also a press release saying ID Gen 3 is coming. All the ID girls translate a large portion of what they say to english for the many english speaking fans. you want to hype up the people who enjoy your product, you make sure everyone can understand what you just announced.

hype isnt something you do once, its something you do from introduction to release. people got excited back in Feb/March when the vsinger, and en Gen 2 were doing auditions, and everytime hololive did one of there little reveals, people were connecting them together. People didnt forget EN gen 2 was coming, they knew it was coming, and looked forward to it.
Nyan and Mousey playing Little Hope. Only Mouse is streaming her perspective though, which is going to suck a bit. The perspectives are completely different and we're going to miss half the game this way. Better than nothing and I understand it's for health reasons, it's just unfortunate.

it's still not "silly" for them to make a recruitment announcement only in the main language that the recruits will be using. it's just a marketing decision you happen to disagree with as an English-focused fan. remember that Indonesia has a population of 270 million, so it's not like they're targeting a tiny segment of the fanbase
