It's not like with Pekomama, Ina's family knows what she does for a living (including her sister, who she didn't tell directly). That clip is really fucking terrible because it strips out so much of the conversation, probably so it can clock in under a minute, and by doing so it misrepresents what she was saying (which I confirmed by reading the comments).
Clipping is inherently a removal of context. Sometimes less important context, sometimes more important context.
No, I actually disagree with this. Depending on the edit, clips actually have MORE context. They can include outside references, clips from other streams or perspectives, etc.

I'd argue the courtesy thing to do with tweets is to include a quote block with either what was written if it was in English or a rough translation if it's not English. Twitter is a pretty shit platform, so this not only saves people from having to go there if it's being fucky, but I've had times where it's been so fucky with this board that it doesn't even load up enough for someone to realize their is a tweet embedded in a post. The translation bit is to be courtesy to people that can't read the language and frankly, if you have time to link a tweet here, you should have plenty of time to do a rough translation.
The tweet has a picture that says "Happy Birthday Ryukishi-San." even without a direct translation it is not hard to guess what they like about Ryukishi's work with a happy birthday at the end.
