A number of names I haven't seen in Phalla games before (or, it's been long enough I forgot).

    I love it!

I pop into Critical Failures every now and again. Also ANYTIME Endless is running a game I am in so hard. I haven't see on that isn't a ton of fun to play/read

Exact timings to follow, but I’d rather not start before a weekend, so I reckon we’ll start on Monday, the 4th of October! How’s that sound, folks?

I’m also going to extend the player roster number to however many people see fit to join before Thursday 1200 UTC.

  • Endless_SerpentsEndless_Serpents Registered User regular
We could potentially start as early as Friday if enough of you wish to, but as usual the weekend will be a break.

  • AustinP0027AustinP0027 Registered User regular
Yeah, I think it'll be easier if Day 1 is Monday. That way we don't have the long weekend break where people aren't around to have to play with.

  • 3cl1ps33cl1ps3 I will build a labyrinth to house the cheese Registered User regular
May as well leave signups running through the weekend IMO unless you need a few days after roster finalization to prepare.

I don’t need that much time, but eh, I can probably only juggle 40 players max without it getting unwieldy.

Ah, looking at my schedule and stuff if it's 7 days, no weekends, starting October 4, doing math... I'm gonna have to !withdraw as I realize the implications of the linear nature of time.

I will gleefully watch how this goes however.

this is a joke post, but I honestly still think about the Cyberpunk Phalla that Infidel (and a couple other folks whose names I have shamefully forgotten) ran that included a whole browser based game happening alongside the thread and governing movement and ability use and which could kill you if you messed up in it. God that was cool.

There were a few of those types. Often Infidel and Blarney, although not exclusively.

And it's only a joke post because it won't happen, not because it shouldn't :(

Obi's Phallance Restored might still be my favorite game of all time. Matev's Pokephalla one as well was spectacular.

I've never successfully participated in one of these myself. I feel like I'm probably not going to be very good at it.

Personally I was partial to the outright megagames, but those were both excellent.

E: Darn near breaking Gumpy with Stand Still, Stay Silent due to basically 100% shenanigans all around was just great.

    We’re all here to help.

It’s only recently I was new to the game, and now I’m running one.

This’ll be my first in about 6 years, so I’m practically a newbie too. Also no one actually cares if you’re good - just be as active as you’re able to and have fun!

    That game was sooooo good.

I also got an appreciation for how hard tracking is with you crazy people when helping Matev with his GoT megagame.

Literally in the last game I shot the village vig, and caused the voting out of another village special.

    You're going to be fine.

For what it's worth, I would've vigged LostNinja last game too.
If you're going to hide from the Mafia by not being loud, you're risking the vote and the vig instead.

I think I'll actually have to withdraw because I just don't think I've got it in me to be as active as I should probably be.

    Sorry.
