this is a joke post, but I honestly still think about the Cyberpunk Phalla that Infidel (and a couple other folks whose names I have shamefully forgotten) ran that included a whole browser based game happening alongside the thread and governing movement and ability use and which could kill you if you messed up in it. God that was cool.
I pestered the hosts for a pony for so long that they gave me a pony in that one! I was… younger, then.
I've never successfully participated in one of these myself. I feel like I'm probably not going to be very good at it.
Literally in the last game I shot the village vig, and caused the voting out of another village special.

To be fair, the vig you shot was about to shoot the seer so…
To be fair, kime was also being quiet (normal for not ardent village kime), and on the wrong side of wagon 'leave the suspect guy for the vig to kill'.
But the vig does not need to fear shooting themselves usually.
LostNinja and kime both deserved to be vigged last game and it's a bit of a shame they both were not.
Being quiet should be discouraged.

So actually given the recent phalla revival I've been poking at and old version I've found a bit. I probably miss it more than anyone, trying to use vanilla search for analysis has been painful. It won't make it for this game but if the games keep coming the box will definitely be back
That said, those who have taken an interest but have yet to sign on the line still can.
Later today I will finalise the timings for the elimination vote cut off. Just trying to work it so everyone is on the same day and I’m free to do the stuff on my GMT schedule.

So the most interesting thing I ever read about James Bond was actually "The Golden Age of Spying" tucked in the back of the second laundry files book The Jennifer Morgue. Went into what motivated Fleming to write a spy like Archer straight instead of parody. Also I enjoyed the Jennifer Morgue which apparently was nominated for the Locus award. I had no idea Locus gave out awards!

Each day the elimination vote will close at 2000 UTC, 2100 BST, 1600 ET, 0600 AET, 1300 PT.
The game is set to take seven days. The weekend is a break. With that in mind it should finish on the 12th of October.
