I used to be trash with Zarya, but I think I've gotten the hang of her.
The trick has been saving grenades for safe poking until your barrier is back up, and knowing when to commit to standing still to inflict auto attack damage. That last one is tricky because you're conditioned by nearly every other hero in the game to stutter step with attacks.
So many kills from people who think they can take Zarya toe to toe because she's a "support". It's especially a big surprise when you take "Feel the Heat" at level 1 (50% extra AA damage at melee range). That's usually the talent I take 80% of the time since it also makes you great at camp clearing.
I'd love to see a HotS LAN in a mall. Even saying that sounds surreal and something my 10-year old self would never believe.
So the finals will be held here... huh... that's not California?! Lots of streamers are excited for it, but a lot of them don't know if they're going / being invited / etc. yet.

Yeah, League at least has a leaver penalty system where if you have a leaver in your ranked game you lose a pittance of points.

Had a "typical" loss last night on Garden while playing with @MrBody and a random 3-stack last night. I'm trying to double soak with Malth, but team refused to be 4 or rotate properly. It was almost always our Jaina soloing a lane while the rest of the team was together fighting for reasons. Then post-10, the team got splintered into groups of 2/2/1 and was overextending in lanes, thus creating staggered deaths. Add in the standard fighting down a tier or grabbing camps when an invasion was obviously coming.
While I'm by no means saying I played perfectly, it's just super frustrating that the 3-stack wouldn't just stick together all the time. They were the Tank/Healer/ranged DPS so it should be natural. Sorry for leaving quickly after Body, I just couldn't deal with HotS anymore after that.

Boy that sure stacks up fast in aram. Last time I looked at it I had 55% ish bonus damage. And the game went on for another 6 or 7 minutes after that.
With the explosion I was 1 shotting zeratul and genji with it. Just good fun
