Looking at the translation going around discords of the tweet Haachama didn't mince words. What's happening to Rushia sucks and it's great that Haachama is showing her support but she didn't really put out any fires so much as douse herself in gasoline and dare the toxic fans to set her on fire and that is the sorta thing management should be stepping to stop.

I think it's late in part due to the thing happening at the start of a holiday weekend in Japan (the 11th was a national holiday) which indicates they don't have a crisis management plan in place that handles problems like this occurring outside business hours. Though I will say, their Reddit mod team was very active, since that place was one of the big shitstorm locations in previous incidents and they managed to keep it more or less clean throughout this one.
