She is still an easy 1st if you're a bit decent at shieldjuggling.
I had an incredibly silly comp that had... Oh gosh, what was it... wonder if I still have it in my recent victories-- Ah yes, there it is.
Zapp was to snipe... I forgot, Rivendare maybe. But it was key, it won me the game. I had been slotting in a Grease Bot for a while too, hence the increased stats on Rivendare.
Extremely fast lobby so no one was able to scale very much at all. Clean sweep.
I love winning a lobby by outplaying the last 3 players by adapting to their comp. like the zapp for Rivendare as you mentioned or a ghoul to take out a board of divine shield poison murlocs (go fuck yourself George)
Finished the Book of Mercenaries tonight. I appreciated that they brought back puzzles for some of the later mercs (except for the cooking ones, those were stupid and weird). The last Dawngrasp one was kind of tricky but it felt good when I figured it out.

I was definitely wrong about release stormcoil, but current stormcoil is more or less what I predicted. With the buddy at 4 you don't have enough tempo to kill everyone before the endgame comps get rolling and then you are just playing mechs with an additional single big minion. Often that can't compete with either big stat comps (elementals, murlocs) or the usual dong spam.
Still a solid top4 hero.

Crab DJ Party going on right now. Free pack if you watch for an hour.
What goofy decks are you folks playing? I want to try out some of these Colossal minions, but I feel like there aren't enough of them to really build a deck around, more like "if you happen to draw it, play it to get some Big Creature With The Marquee Mechanic jollies".
Although there's a "big minions hunter" deck that uses the legendary that adds 3 Colossal minions to the bottom of your deck and the legendary that summons beasts from the deck, gives them rush, and if they kill a minion, repeat. That seems like it could be fun, although I dunno if it can last long enough to make that happen. I have the first legendary but not the second, and I'm wondering if it's worth crafting just to give this a try.
I had a pretty great haul, 80 packs got me 7 regular legendaries and 3 golden.
E: This is a bit odd, my Classic format decks now have 0 cards in them and have had their format changed to Wild. I suppose that's part of the core set shuffle but it's still a weird thing to happen.

Jesus, that is a hell of a legendary drop rate. More than doubled your EV.

These look fun, but I'm missing like 3-4 legendaries for each deck. I mean, I guess they're the kind of legendaries that can slot into any Paladin deck (e.g. Lightforged Cariel), so maybe they're good investments, but 3-4? Dunno if I can swing that at the moment.

Gave it a spin, but Reno decks look extremely dead in the water to me. Back in the day Reno control could win because aggro would eventually fizzle out when games went long, but these mech and naga decks running around just keep dropping big threats at discounted prices and discovering more and more cards in the process. The one game I played Reno was against a quest hunter who just burned me out two turns later regardless, and the other decks are just absolutely demolishing you on board the whole game while easily recovering from an equality sweep.
If control winds up viable, it's going to be another snoozeworthy "all the removal" style deck, I think.
Reminder for anyone with Amazon Prime who was waiting to claim the freebie, now's the time to grab it for a free leggo (I got Nellie, the Warrior colossal).
Is it the right time to say that 60 packs gave me 7 legendaries?

That happens to me even in the 6500 range after i place top 2 a few times in a row
didn't even have to try between the hero power and buddy, which is *absurd* when tripled, I just shat out mechs every turn
never dropped a single combat once I got the buddy online
don't think i know anyone with that name 'round here

This is what I'm working with at the moment. Maybe 6-2 all told? Mainly seeing Mages.
12 damage for 3 mana is not okay

I bet Holy Maki Roll turns out to be just as good as Reno with none of the inconvenience.
I've noticed that trogg on 1 no longer fazes anyone because they just ignore the 1 mana 1/2 and play a bigger minion
Not so great now that everyone drops ridiculous minions all the time
