While trying to create a Priest deck that can crack a 50% win rate, I believe I have stumbled across the worst deck in Hearthstone's history: Quest Priest Reno deck. Despite looking well-rounded and having massive healing potential, I have played 10 games with it and lost 9.

I am in awe. I put this together specifically to beat Mech mages and their 3 health minions and I have lost 13 out of 15 games. A cursed deck.

There should be a Feat of Strength for double drawing Bioluminescence way too early more often than any other player. It'd be cool to have a unique trophy on my account.
Edit: Damn, they just keep hitching more cars to the Deathrattle Rogue train.
Although amusingly, my Rogue collection seems to be short so many key cards, that if I autocomplete an empty Rogue deck it tries to put together some sort of Deathrattle monstrosity with Smokescreens and all that shit.
Well it was a massive slog but after having a pile of gold lying around and opening almost all the demon hunter legendaries I piloted this monstrosity to legend (with very few star bonuses). Was so many paladins in the last few ranks that I had to have double ooze and a silence.

interesting couple of first place games here
nguyen game my top opponent was a n'zoth with baron leapfrogger macaw build, so i hard rolled for triple zapp to beat him (he had a 1/1 demon as a decoy but tripled zapp has mega-windfury and doesn't give a shit)
onyxia game nagas were in the lobby so i needed a pretty gg mech build to beat them, and i managed to highroll and grab both omega busters from tier 5 triples
was trying to fit a mecheral in there somewhere but it was good enough to just squeak out the win (annoyingly i dropped a single fight in the lobby so no spicy pretzel mustard for me)
After being stuck bouncing around in D10-9 due to butt draws and horrible matchups trying to play Shaman and Warlock, I crafted hero Tavish and Hydraladon and gave VS's Naga Beast Hunter list a spin. Things went much better and I was able to get to dad legend from 0-star D10 with only 4 or so losses. The deck is a lot of fun and can do some nutty stuff as long as you can survive into the mid game without being in too bad a position.
Once I switched to this deck I started facing a lot of Paladins (naturally, being one of the few classes with bad matchups for Beast Hunter, according to VS). Still managed to beat most of them anyway. There are some interesting decisions to make in how greedy you want to try to play it. The deck can brick pretty hard it you draw most/all your big beasts early.
Edit: Definitely one of the roughest months I've had trying to get to dad legend in a long time. The competition has felt very legend-y. It's still stupid that you can't see your MMR when it's being used to determine your opponents.

Naga Beast Hunter is too inconsistent, imo. Good job piloting it!
Darkmoon Faire miniset was 65 days in
Forged in the Barrens also 65 days
United 91 days (delayed for Mercs release)
Alterac Valley 70 days
Voyage will be 50 days exact on Tuesday.
on one hand the miniset doesn't look like a huge mover and shaker, but on the other hand none of the last few have, regardless of how important they actually wound up being, so, i guess we'll find out
For Standard
Igneous Lavagorger and Tidal Revenant are extremely solid CWar minions.
K9-0tron is a busted Face Hunter card. You have like an 70% chance to hit a 1-drop if you play it on 2 and a 90% chance to hit a 1-drop or a 3-drop for next turn. On later turns you can use it to fish for burn.
For Wild
Coilfang Constrictor will join Shudderwock's bevy of prison cards along side Boompistol Bully, Okani, Loatheb, Spellward Jeweler, etc.
Igneous Lavagorger is probably good enough to make the cut in CWar.
Immolate will be part of Renolock's anti-combo package.
Shattershambler probably pushes deathrattle stuff into the limelight. People have been playing greedy Big Deathrattle decks for a long time and this speeds up their stabilization in aggro matchups by a turn.
Moonbeam will see play in Malygos Druid if people start running less minion based combo hate. People are on C'thun because he can 'hide' from Dirty Rat and Mutanus but if people ever let up on that then the faster wincons will come out.
How do I make it so I randomly rotate through all my card backs during games?
Select the random wooden ? cardback as your favourite for that deck
They altered it as you get to choose favorite backs for your random as well. So the default for me went to random favorite backs which I only had one back as a favorite so it always choose the classic back.

Apparently Bioluminescence is bugged and gives 2 spell damage instead of 1 right now. Not like anyone ever survived it being cast at 1, but good to know.

You think THAT'S a big bug, Snapdragon (battlecry: give battlecry minions in your deck +1/+1) gives +1/+1 to weapons and heroes in addition to minions!
If you play a hero card buffed by Snapdragon, you now have a permanent attack value and can attack each turn!
while it's probably not a direct line, it's hard not to trace a link between things like this and the fact that some of the QA divisions for studios in the ActiBlizz umbrella have been striking and seeking unionization at various times over the last year
I've seen streamers talk about Mine Rogue on multiple occasions but never actually came across one playing it. I did face one during my climb late last month (I won). I don't know if the new cards gave new interest in it?

Just defeated my mortal enemy.
did they shitcan all of it? no more soulfire analogues around?
boy it's gonna be crazy when they finally print A Rogue Deathrattle
curses are not playable in the zoo deck goat was theorizing
the only warlock cards that can deal face damage are the Hellfire cards and the 4 mana spell that does 3 damage to something
Edit: Damn, they just keep hitching more cars to the Deathrattle Rogue train.

Frost is Ice Barrier:
Fire is Explosive Shot:
Arcane is (the honorable kill part of) Siphon Mana:
Seems like a fairly natural fit for Naga Mage. Nothing too crazy but decent value for cost.
Good boy.
incredible menagerie game, all the pieces fell into place
was one triple away from getting the 6 triples in one game achievement
it's not for battlegrounds
